Jiffy Lube

Went to get an oil change on the spur of the moment, Dec 24, and got right in and was right away greeted by Dakota, the most professional and helpful person ever! Explained everything in detail --and with no pressure--when they found a few things that needed attention. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even washed my windows and vacuumed! I'd definitely recommend this place...fast and very courteous! I will be back for the next oil change soon! Thank you!

So a few weeks ago I went in for a oil change they informed me I was out of coolant and I needed to go purchase coolant to fill it up so I did they also recommended I replace my battery so I did . After having my oil change done at jiffy lube my car has not been wanting to start on colder weather days I had no issues all winter with my car starting or running this started directly after having my oil changed at jiffy lube my remote start key also isn't working I didn't want to think this was related to my service at jiffy lube however being that I popped the hood of my car and found my transmission fluid dip stick up inside my windshield under my hood of my car and not put back water moisture anything could have gotten down in there I took my car back to jiffy lube for them to look at transmission level etc they said I was fine they didn't even apologize for not putting that stick back in . I still don't think my car not starting every now and then was related to the mistake they had made but I found out it indeed is for thanks to them not putting that stick back water moisture whatever had gotten inside always levels are not right so my engine doesn't want to start nor my remote start won't start my car even on the days the key itself starts the car the remote start key never works . Maybe them not putting the stick back was a honest mistake but that mistake has now given me car trouble causing me and my kids to miss school and other mandatory things that even effect my transitional housing where we live. It would suck to loose my housing and not have a car to go anywhere . Thanks jiffy lube

Technicians were professional and service was good. My only issue is that my heat is loud and was silent prior. Not sure when my filter was replaced if something got In the way. I immediately returned car and technician agreed heat sounds loud now but told me to give it a week and return if heat is still making loud noise. I will reach a week tomorrow and noise is still present so I’m hoping technician will be able to get my heat silent as it has always been.

I got right in for an oil change, received excellent service, and the staff was very helpful. They made some good recommendations as far as services I need along with estimates. I feel really good about bringing my vehicle back. The staff is very thorough and friendly.

The team was fast and efficient and gave me all the details they could to make my service the best. It did raise an eyebrow that my service last time was $10 cheaper back in August. But that does not change the fact that the gentlemen was on point and were friendly and got the job done professionally.

Stopped in for an oil change and to have my air filters changed. I’d called ahead to ask whether they could also change my brake light since I’d just become aware one was out. Dakota was knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn’t stock the weird cabin air filters for my car and neither did any of the nearby auto parts stores, so Dakota ordered the filters I needed and I’ll stop back in later this week to have them installed. There were two other technicians who were also very helpful, but I didn’t catch their names. Everyone was knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and efficient. No one tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will absolutely be returning to this shop for car service in the future. Just an all-around wonderful experience.

They do free inspections, and let me tell y’all they did an amazing job. Everyone was truly helpful and had really good customer service. They caught something’s that I had no clue, was wrong and fixed the problem. I truly recommend them for all your car needs.

My oil change was quick and Dakota, the service tech, was very friendly, polite and professional. He explained options for some filter replacements with no pressure. Overall good experience.
