Had a great customer service experience with Jake at the Auto Zone on Cassopolis St, Elkhart Indiana. I had dove from Orlando to Michigan with no issues then all of a sudden my car didn't want to start. Got a jump, stopped at Auto Zone where Jake happily tested my battery to discover a dead cell. Jake was very patient with me while I was waiting on a discount code, then Jake put my new battery on in the dark. All set for my drive back to Orlando. Thank you Jake!

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Late one evening, a thousand miles from home, I stopped in after being stranded with 2 of my small children, one a screaming baby. I was informed they could not install my battery due to its placement, but they knew someone who could. After a quick phone call, their helper arrived, ready to work. I picked the cheapest battery but was hooked up with one that had a longer warranty for peace of mind. These people turned my entire week around. Not only did they fix my battery issue and give me back my safe, reliable vehicle, but they restored my faith in human nature with their absolute kindness and generosity. Leaving my house that day, not knowing what my afternoon would hold, I prayed the Lord would put the right people in my path. He was and still is so incredibly faithful.

If anyone needs an experienced associate that would be Jeremy Conway. He is the only one that I will go to for help with any of my vehicles. He is the most knowledgeable for my Harley oil filter to my Kia windshield wiper blades. He not only is knowledgeable but has an excellent personality and excellent customer service with everyone. He will find what you need and it will be right you won't be returning or exchanging anything he sells you. I will go to any store Jeremy is working at no matter the distance. It is very hard to find someone dependable, helpful, and knowledgeable as he is. Thank you for all of your help!!
