Took my 2007 avalanche in for transmission service. Was quoted around 230.00 got the bill and it was 296.00 so not the end of the world since it was on my truck that I love. Went to get inside and about got sick. Grease, oil and for dry all on the mats I have two. And the door trim getting in the truck also was filthy. So I went back in to complain and told her about it. I was so mad I left. They called me to say they were sorry and said they would have it cleaned... in this day and age how did this happen? Simple for mats and courtesy and this never happens. I wouldn't recommend them. I feel they over charged me and made a mess of my truck. Very unhappy.
