Had our first service appointment for our new vehicle and, much like the buying process here, all went smooth. I liked that we were able to make the appointment right thru my app and it was easy to get a time that worked for us. Communication was on point from the confirmation of the appointment thru the service. We especially appreciated the video of the inspection that was sent for transparency; great touch. Also appreciate the comfort of the lounge for waiting; the sofa, slush machine, and popcorn are super appreciated — especially since I usually have a child in tow and this makes it family friendly.

Had an issue with what we thought was the thermometer a few weeks ago. Husband looked at it and then called. Was told we couldn't get it fixed until the issue happened again. Happened to be headed to Rhinelander for work so when the issue occurred the second time, I pulled into the dealership. They quickly took a look at it and were able install the thermometer the same day. It was a great experience!

The repair department was able to get my car in same day. It was promptly taken in at the appointment time. The diagnosis and repair were completed in very good time. The staff is very friendly. Decent waiting area. Better than most.

We were able to make an appointment after service hours with the receptionist, super helpful, because we were traveling at the time! Bryan was professional, and had our repairs done in a record amount of time. We own a unique diesel equinox, and they handled repairs amazingly!

STAY AWAY!!! Bought used car a couple years ago. Bought extra warranty. Have had vehicle back in for service 4 or 5 times now for same problem. Was told earlier this week it would be done by Friday. Just called cause have not heard from them. NOW IT WONT BE DONE TILL MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK! Not sure what has happened here, this place used to be great. Now it sucks!
