T&M Towing and Repair

Our roadside assistance gives us the run around everytime.I called and let T&M towing know we needed help. We had the truck towed they also handled our RV trailer also. Helped get us home with a loaner car and repaired the truck for us also. It was a huge help and they we so awesome to us. Thank you, T&M for helping us in a scary stressful situation.

When we broke down on the side of the road 2 hours from home while pulling our RV on Sunday evening. Our insurance company informed us our roadside assistance would take 3 hours to arrive. We called T&M Towing and 15 minutes later our vehicle was being loaded onto the flatbed and my trailer was getting ready to be towed. The owner noticed we could not all fit into the truck and called in the best support person he knew to give my wife and 2 daughters a comfortable ride back to the shop. I decided to leave my truck in Wisconsin at their shop for repairs and they provided a loaner vehicle to get my family home and to use while they fix up my truck. I could not have asked for a better experience in what was an extremely stressful situation. Everything they did was above and beyond what I would expect on a Sunday evening when they likely wanted to be at home enjoying time as a family.

T & M towing provided prompt and professional towing and repair service while I was in Rhinelander. They were courteous and quick and had my equipment back to me the next afternoon! Highly recommended.

Better get your car out of this place right away. He is all for the mechanic lean on it to steal your vehicle doesn’t give you no notice doesn’t publicize. It doesn’t actually go through the formal process of being able to take your car over that way if your car is over $750 he should be tell you that you can receive your car back with a mechanic lean not just steal it. He should give you the information to let you know that you are eligible for a mechanic mean on your vehicle, but does he do that no. This company is all for themselves. They’re not for nobody else. They say that they’re a family orientated business. they’re about robbing all their customers, blind, even though their personal property auto vehicles.
