Lube Works Pit Stop / Valvoline Express Care

Went in today and had great service at a reasonable price. The gentleman who took my information was polite and explained how to check my oil life and filter on the dash of my car. There's a "bucket" that says gratuities accepted. He seemed surprised when I said keep the change. Kudos for helping me understand the information on my dash. Also thank you for being open on a Saturday.

The last time I had a service done, they over tightened my oil filter to the point of it being collapsed. I then checked the oil level and air filter as I knew the filter was getting bad. They looked at it and never replaced it. I paid for the deluxe full service, if the filter is dirty as hell, the least they could do is blow it off with the air hose or something. The oil level was a quart low right out the door and I paid little over $80. Spend the time and do it you self. These people do not accept liability for their negligence. No sorry, no nothing you just end up with a blown up vehicle.

I went in for the advertised $62.95 full synthetic oil change, cost me $74.85 with their added fees that are not disclosed on the sign and not verbally either. Classic bait and switch case and false advertising. I think the Attorney General might need to hear about these practices. In addition, they left two valve stem caps off after checking the tire pressure that I didn't notice until I got home, 30 miles away. Not wasting my time by going back. Amateurs. I'm less than pleased. I will avoid this place in the future.

Been coming here for the last two years. I've never been disappointed they are quick Courteous and very affordable. Definitely beats waiting for over an hour at Walmart. You'll be in and out in under 10 minutes you don't even have to leave your vehicle while it's being serviced.
