GREAT service and people!! We were in need of a starter and battery. Paul, Roni and Dustin ( I think) did a fantastic job. Very prompt service, kept us up to date as to the progress and costs and completed it in time for us to leave on a planned trip. Thank you all! (ps. I took my car in for the check engine light and had a diagnostic completed. They found the issue and corrected every single issue. I was very impressed they sent pictures and Toni did a fantastic job of keeping me informed. I will definitely bring my car back if I encounter any service needs. Great place!!

We ended up needing 2 cars seen and they were excellent at getting them both done quick. Prices are definitely fair. Service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

These guys definitely got me out of a pinch! We have a 2nd home up here and drove 5 hours only to have our VW die in our driveway. Ronnie took my call after I saw their high Google review rating, and not only got my car looked at and made sure it was completed within 24hrs so we could get back to our primary residence, but she also offered a AAA discount, and if the tow truck couldn't get to me soon, her own suggestion for towing. I don't plan on breaking down up here again, but if I do, Northwoods Auto is where I'll call first!
