They even offered me a ride home while my truck was on service! That’s great courtesy. At the end one part was missing, but they call ahead for the next service date and order me the part for my truck. Thanks Dodge for appreciating your customers!

Literally the best experience service dept ever...Michael Florez was our consultant...had a minor issue on our way for vacation...had us in and out, and back on the road in 10 mins without an appointment... and the price was extremely fair...disaster averted, thanks y'all!!!

We brought our truck in for a check engine light, we had code already that indicated the problem was with the turbo. They had our work truck for 3 weeks. We get it home and now the batteries are bad, so they couldn't figure that out in 3 weeks. We get those changed and the check engine light still won't go off. We take it back again and this time they say a different sensor is out now, this is like within a week. So we pay more. Why didn't they find the faulty sensor the first time. And they say needed to do something to the exhaust, and fuel filter and blah blah. We pay for all that. Pick it up, drive it home 15 minutes and it smells of full on diseal fuel. Look underneath. Fuel dripping all over gas tank down drive shift to the rear. We video it thankfully. Tow it in , explosion risk. They call us back and say your truck is ready, nothing wrong with it, just ac condensation. Thankfully we have our video because they argu with us when we tell them it's fuel, not water. So they look at the video, say ok we will check for a fuel leak( that is why it was towed in in the first place). So now I get a call that's its another 300 to 400 for a fuel pump leak that something needs to be replaced. Really. They were going to have my wife drive it home with a fuel leak . And btw. We had absolutely no fuel leaks or exhaust issues before we took it there. We have had serin the inland empire prior to this with never a problem. This place is incompetent, suspicious for churning business, rude and condescending tomorrow wife. Avoid this place. I am ready to contact the BBB and an attorney

A ok customer service, I bought my car here its delaying (very dangerous) but when I take it back they didnt provide me with one of their car for the day ontop of that I was told nothing is wrong with the car and that how it's made I'm worried about it many times I am about to hit another person's car because of the delay I dont even know what to do at this point
