4th Experience here, it’s really standardized & goes by routine procedures, it hasn’t been bad overall 7:02 so far. It’s 7:32am & I just received a text my car is finished. Yes, I am also shocked but Cathedral City Toyota Does effectively do a 10k mile oil change and tire rotation ‼️❕ believe it or not. Also, the car came in with the tire pressure sensor on and came back with it off, (which is great).

As far as the truck service there is always good. The only complain I have is when they go into the glove compartment to switch the air filter all my property is just shoved back in when I have documents that are now bent . I don't expect them to put it back the way I have it , but it's disappointing to have my property just shoved back into the glove compartment with no care.

Have had nothing but good experiences here with staff and quality of service. Normally and depending on the service you're receiving wait times are never that bad and if it longer then you want to wait they offer shuttle service also depending on the distance or an UBER.
