Recently my 2024 Nissan had it's front end took out by a street sweeper. My dealership said, take it to Jessup Auto Body in Cat City. I have never been so happy. Frank Hoover, the Service Advisor, who took care of me and the car, is the Best. He walked me through everything and explained all of it so I really understood what he was saying. At each stage of the repairs he called me and let me know what was going on. When the Manufacturer has a part that was on back order every 3-4 days Frank called or text me to let me know what was happening with them. When they came in he had the car done and ready for me. Frank made what could have been the worst into the best I could have ever hoped for. Thank you Frank and thank you Jessup for all you've done. Happily yours Cindy Sexton in La Quinta.

I had a pleasure to have Amanda as my collision specialist since I had a claim thru my car insurance they worked on two claims I had. the whole team that was behind her really did a great job on my car from the paint and detail and time they put in it. it was a smooth and easy process. I can definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone.

Thier work not bad. Even though they charge my insurance 6000 for 500 job i dont mind i like every one make money, they stole my colgne fro. The car while its in the shop. No respond to buy me another one or grab thier camera to see who did it. Insted they offer me a car wash, good job.

Stopped by Jessup last minute as we are from out of town and were just passing though and they could not have been more helpful. We had accidentally scratched up my sisters car in Joshua Tree (whoops!) and were trying to get it fixed before returning home. Frank at the auto body shop came out of the office as soon as we pulled up, looked over the car with us and was able to immediately squeeze us in and get us fixed up and on our way. If you need auto support in Palm Springs, this is your place. 5 stars all around.
