Wanted to share my experience with CPR this past weekend. Nothing but Awesomeness with this shop, 5 stars all around experience. Showed up to SD from Avondale Az, needed help getting rear brake system tightened. Explained my son and I where riding Glenn Helen the very next day, these guys got me setup in an hr and fixed other issues with the bike. Plus we added new Emit ODI grips, which I thought I wasn't going to like, but now love. Awesome job guys!

Couldn’t have asked for better service, communication, and overall quality. These guys are trustworthy and reliable. I am happy to have found such a great place to work on my dirt bikes. Good shops are hard to come by! They’re also very good to us veterans with the military discount, very much appreciated guys.

Highly recommend Shane, he has done some amazing work on my can am renegade and the commander, both had some difficult issues that the dealership could not find. I am very happy and will continue to bring atv and motorcycles to him.

I brought my wife's Harley forks in for rebuild. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the lady at the front desk. The mechanic that helped me out went far above and beyond during repair process, and fixed some smaller issues with the forks ensuring peace of mind that my wife is as safe as she can be on her bike. The price was beyond fair, the shop was clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to give Critical Performance a try.

Brought in my Honda CRF450R to adjust some minor clutch issues, and turned out that the bike needed much more. I’m so thankful I brought it in because I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, but Cole was able to dial the bike in perfectly. Very glad with how everything turned out and the bike is running like a dream! Thanks again Cole 🤙🏽

I would give them 6 stars if I could. They got the job done in time before a big trip. And when a vendor sent them them an imperceptibly out of spec part (which they innocently installed), they took apart my RZR, diagnosed the very difficult problem to find, fixed it with my old (but still good) part and gave me refund for the defective part, even though I don't think their vendor refunded them! I seriously trust these guys. Do what they say, say what they do. Honesty, integrity. Which is hard to find these days!
