Wonderful experience! Taylor helped me through the entire process kept in excellent communication with me. The job was done professionally and I am very, very happy that i went with them for my repair job. I highly recommend them based on my personal experience.

Outstanding customer service and quality of workmanship. Taylor updated me every Monday and Thursday on the progress of the repair. Auto Body of San Marcos clearly cares about their work and customers, nice to see someone still doing business the old fashioned way. Absolutely bring your car here if you are unfortunate enough to have an accident.

These guys are the best. Gone above and beyond to help repair my car on two separate occasions. Extremely friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you are informed on every step of repairing your car. Never have I had better customer service. 100% recommend their company.

I decided to go here due to the reviews and was very disappointed to have a completely different experience. Staff was ok. Not friendly and direct. Came back with an estimate that was $1,000 more than where I am going now. On the phone they were short and did not care to hear why I would not be using their services. Would recommend just about any other auto body place in San Marcos.

Auto body of San Marcos was great! They helped me understand the whole process when delegating with car insurance. They called the car rental company for me and assured me I would get my car quickly, which it was. 10/10

My wife got into a fender bender, and this was one of the recommended shops from our insurance. The overall experience was very smooth. They had great communication on the status of our vehicle every week. Additionally, they had a nice relationship with the nearby enterprise rental car agency and we were able to even drop off our rental at the repair shop and not need to coordinate additional stops which was very convenient. Their finished product looked top-notch.

Every time I called, Taylor answered promptly—no phone tag, no delays—just courteous, professional responsiveness every single time. What truly set Taylor apart was how he took the time to clearly, patiently, and politely explain every step of the process as my Tesla was being repaired. He made a stressful situation feel manageable and even reassuring. There’s “excellent customer service”… and then there’s Taylor Ranck. Autobody of San Marcos has earned my loyalty. I would gladly bring my car here again, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch auto body work. Five stars all the way!

I took my brand new Tesla here after getting rear-ended at a red light, and Taylor could not have made the process any easier. He had me bring my car in as soon as I called, and I was given a thorough estimate promptly. He handled everything with the other party’s insurance company, and his communication with me was frequent and detailed. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new again. They even had it washed and fully charged for me. I highly recommend Auto Body of San Marcos.

Incredibly happy with my hassle-free experience at Auto Body of San Marcos. Every other place told me they’d need my car for 2 weeks, but Martin was able to get the repairs done same-day. Even more important, he listened to my specific needs and was able to complete the repairs exactly as I’d wanted at a better price. He even stayed open after 5pm to allow me to pick up my car when I was running late due to traffic. Highly recommend, thanks so much Martin!

Taylor was amazing customer service rep for us! Everything was communicated clearly. We had to wait an additional six days because Tesla forgot to include a part but that was not their fault as Tesla shipped the part late. I wish all customer service reps were like Taylor
