Costco Tire Center

Great service! I was very impressed with the two young men who helped me over the past two days. My wife's tires were worn down nearly to the cords, and urgently needed replacement. As my wife's car needed 20" tires, nothing was available on site. The man working the counter helped me find tires that could be delivered the very next day, searching for local inventory, and selecting those that would be guaranteed delivered before 4pm. I wanted Michelins, so it took some time, and he was patient and very knowledgeable. He needed a little help to execute the order on the Michelin site, and the 2nd guy helped him out. They also booked me for a 6:15 appointment the following day. Upon my return today, they got me right in, despite being very busy, and the 2nd guy was able to turn my car around in 90 minutes. Overall, very impressed with this team, and with the service they provided. I needed help with these tires ASAP, and they sorted me out in 24 hours! Well done Costco tire San Marcos.

If you're going to get tires here you better plan on staying all day I came here to have one tire replaced on the front of my Jeep and it took over 2 hours to have it done this place should be ashamed of themselves. Unprofessional staff they didn't even give me back the tire asked him to give me back really disappointed in this place I've been here several times and I'm not really sure what's going on

Tools about 90 minutes so I would advise calling and making an appointment also not taking an 8 year old with you during a pandemic as they will get 'So Bored'. They don't carry the cheap tires and there were no deals when I went, but they didn't try to upsell me in anything, explained the difference between the tires they had for my car, and we're pleasant. Just long lines at Costco as only detractor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The two young men that received my vehicle and repaired not one but two screw punctures, were some of the best service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Even though they were backed up due to being short staffed that day, and it being later in the evening (around closing time) they were professional, courteous, and willing to do their best for just an average everyday customer that they didn't know. I know it's their job, but they definitely went above and beyond what I expected and I will find out their names and update this review so I can at least so them some direct credit for the great young guys they are. Your appreciated guys! 💯

I cannot recommend this place. My 5:30pm appointment has just started its service at 7:15pm. Still waiting for my car. Literally tires getting put on.
