Our garage door arm came loose and dented the top of our SUV. I had seen the videos published by Dent Time on YouTube and when I saw that they were located in the San Diego area I went to the website and got a quote via text. I was able to get an appointment for the following day and Jonathan was able to get to me well ahead of schedule and was done very quickly with EXTREMELY SATISFACTORY results. His professionalism and expertise cannot be overstated. When I took a look at the results after the fact I couldn’t even se where the damage had occurred. I will for sure be contacting Dent Time if the occasion ever occurs in the future. The pricing was fair, in my opinion, and given the time to complete the work, and convenience factor, I would say it was completely worth it. Jonathan came to the house and I didn’t have to do a thing other than look at the repair, sign the repair order, and pull out my credit card. Jonathan was personable, I felt like I had known him for years, this is not a requirement, but it was a welcome trait. Dent Time is the real deal, I haven’t been this satisfied with a service, ever. Take a look at the photos for before and after. The damage is gone, 100%. If you need PDR, call Dent Time.

My experience was perfect at DENT TIME I was looking for weeks for someone who could repair my dent after my new car I got a few months ago and all I got was offers from bodyshops and dealerships to replace the whole door for thousands, when I contacted dent time they said they can do this job and and answered all my concerns and were very helpful too . I would come back for any other repairs small or big in the future . They were also very competitive in there offer in comparison to others.

I have many good things to say first of all awesome job. I thought it was impossible, but it got done. From the beginning the communication with Myke (owner) super humble, super nice respectful. Big Jon responded to my request for repair in under an hour. When he arrived he was professional and took his time to ensure the work was done correctly. When he finished I could not tell where the dent had been. I highly recommend!!

These guys are Amazing Miracle Workers! Mike and Mike are at the very Top of this industry in Skill, Training, Customer Service and Tools. I first used Dent Time back in 2001 for a similar dent on my F250. The result was a flawless repair... Be sure to have a look at the attached Before and After photos of this Massive Dent on my Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax Diesel. Thanks Mike for Another Miracle... They made the scratch touch up a breeze for me as well!

The owners are kind and thoughtful. They were a pleasure to speak with. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy, and completed online. The technician was prompt, and communication was transparent. The technician was very skilled and was able to complete all repairs perfectly. The cost is a fraction of what insurance would have been. This is the second time we have used Dent Time, and both times have been a flawless experience.

I submitted a quote online and the response was pretty quick and well explained. Prices were reasonable. I received text messages with reminders of the time and who was coming out to fix the dent. I received another text message again the day of, which I appreciated. The technician, Jonathon was very communicative, letting me know he could come earlier if that worked for me and let me know he was on his way. When he got to my house, he was very personable and explained exactly what the process was going to be. He a great job and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.
