It's hard now to find shops that know how to work on older cars. I called to inquire and was able to get in the next morning. They knew exactly what was needed, were able to get me in the next morning, where straight forward, completed the job in just a couple hours and charged a fair price.

Joe got me in and out with a new windshield in 90 minutes! I lounged in the lobby on the sofa watching YouTube while Joe’s team worked on my glass install. Lifetime warranty on the labor. Fair price.

Had my windshield replaced 11 days ago as this place had good reviews and pricing was competitive with others around. On the 9th day a pebble hit my windshield and chipped it (dime size) which was unfortunate. Called to get in next day for the repair as they don't cover chips under their "Lifetime Warranty" but offer a discount. Couldn't get me in next day and had to push to Saturday due to scheduling issues. This morning @7am, the day before my appointment, the chip turned into 8in horizontal crack over the night and should of tried a self repair. Now have to replace a 2nd time. I would not recommend their glass if you're a frequent freeway user and get an occasional pebble compared to the streets, it won't hold up. Find a shop that offers chip repair under their warranty which I come to find is only another $80-$100 but can't speak on the glass.

Outstanding! I thought my rearview mirror had melted off, it turned out it was knocked off. I had been using duct tape for 4 days and it was melted on the windshield and the mirror. Even though the job ended up being more than anticipated , he honored the quote given to me. service and integrity like this in business makes for satisfied customers who return! It is very clear why Grace Auto Glass customers give 5 star ratings- they go above and beyond.

I had a crack in my MB windshield. Searched Google and found Grace Auto Glass. I decided to try them out so I made the call and got to speak with Joe. He sounded professional and had the best price compared to other shops. He was able to get me in the same day and I was outta there with a brand new windshield in just 2 hours. Joe got me in and out with a new a windshield within an hour. It's very hard to find a shop that do quality works now a day. Most of the auto glass shops I dealt prior did lousy job, they either chipped my car A-pillar paint, cracked plastic cowl or molding. Joe's team has done a fantastic job with lifetime warranty on labor, very happy highly recommended.

I prefer to do all my own repair work. I dread things like getting a new windshield because I'm taking a chance on shoddy workmanship. After reading reviews and calling around, I felt pretty confident trying Grace Auto. The owner was very professional and straightforward on the phone and in person. It turns out my car had rust in the window frame, something I suspected might be the case for this 25 year old Utah car. The owner sent me pics and showed me in person. It would require additional labor cost but his rate was fair. The previous windshield had been glued over the rust, so I'm glad I found a company who would do it right. They also installed a brand new seal, and gave me instructions on how to treat the windshield overnight while the glue cured. The owner picked me up at home when the car was ready. The final price was not bad at all. The quality of glass appears to be good, with a little tint in the upper section. It's now a week later and I'm very happy with the experience and quality of the repair. I will only go here with my other cars and I recommend this place to everyone.
