Glowing just about as much as my vehicle. While it's never great to have to bring your car in after an accident, Mike and the terrific team here made it as seamless as possible. Better yet, their work returned my Benz back to it's pristine condition. The tech, Brian, did exceptional work that made it truly look like it never happened. While under other names, this location has an enduring reputation that is well earned. I feel fortunate that they are my partner and share the automotive passion that elevates them to the pinnacle of their field.

My experience at Crash Champions of Pontiac MI repair shop has been excellent from start to finish. The staff were helpful, friendly & willing to explain things clearly, taking time to answer all questions. In particular, Ross & the rest of the staff have gone above & beyond in ensuring that the repair process runs smoothly. They provided detailed report of the repairs on a regular basis, keeping me informed all the time. Bottom line: I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The team were incredibly professional. They completed the repairs in a timely fashion and even went the extra mile by cleaning my car before returning it to me. I am grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs. Very happy customer.

What a team!! 5 star service from the first phone call to the day I picked up my car!!! My advisor kept me up to date thru the entire process!! Always available with any question. I wish we had more businesses run this way!! Every one of you Brian, Ross, Stacie have been so kind and helpful.. The work everyone did behind the scenes as well you did a beautiful job!! They deserve all their other one star reviews. Please. Don’t take your vehicles here. It took WEEKS to get back to me. And when they did. The employees literally were disclosing their overhead manager’s medical situation. ( if you’re reading this J , you may want to check the recorded calls just with me alone. I can only imagine what else gets discussed )

Brian and his team were great! I had a repair made by Service King several years ago, that was becoming an issue. Even though the repair was well out of the warranty period (by 7+ years), Brian said they would take care of it because they want all their customers to be happy. I had a copy of the original invoice and they took care of the rest. His team kept me informed of the progress and I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend them!

Crash Champions has repaired vehicles for me on two separate occasions. Both experiences were extremely positive. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with frequent status updates. The repair work was of a very high quality. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend.

Awesome team with a passion for cars. They had great communication and interpersonal skills during the entire repair process. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do they will be my first choice for repair facility.
