It is never pleasant to have to get body work done to your beautiful vehicle. Isiah Johnson coordinated the events from the insurance company to the collision center. He was efficient, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Upon completion, they even detailed the car and restored it to its original beauty. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I had a bad experience with another repair shop. They noticed the issues just by looking at the car from a previous accident. Not only did the fix the new damage but they went above and beyond and fixed the other companies poor work. And worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was handled. In addition yo minimal down time of having my vehicle. An amazing experience

The shop is very nice. Justin is the best. Appreciate the transparency and all he did to assist me. Stanley is also great. The work on my car was done very nicely. Praying I don't have to use them again but if I do, I will choose Bloomfield Hills Collision.

The estimator gave me a full explanation of the damage and what work needed to be done. He explained that I would receive an update any changes in the estimate based on discovery of further damage. The shop did that and kept me updated on the work progress. The work was completed in a timely fashion with excellent results. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Andy and his team were great to work with and handed my car back to me in pretty much perfect condition. I was very hesitant that my adjusters initial quote was accurate, and it was not. Upon dropping the car off I was notified it would probably take double the time (initially 2 weeks to 4) and I got my car back within 30 days. The cost was also about double what was initially thought by insurance and their whole team took care of everything. One thing I was very worried about was a good paint match, which they absolutely nailed. The work is top notch with all new OEM parts They made the rental car process easy, taking me to rental location and returning my car for me when picking my vehicle back up. Overall, if your insurance will cover use of OEM parts, I would recommend this place 10/10 times

I had an excellent experience at this collision center! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. All the staffs are incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring I was well-informed throughout the entire process. My BMW had many scratches and damaged parts from an accident but it was repaired to perfection. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service and peace of mind.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Bloomfield Hills Collision Center, located inside the BMW Bloomfield Hills dealership. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch—and Andy Wright was truly the standout. Andy was the definition of professional, polite, and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied throughout the entire process. He not only arranged a rental car for me, but actually accompanied me to the rental location to ensure I was comfortable, personally inspected the vehicle with me, and answered every question I had with patience and clarity. Before any work began, Andy conducted a full walkthrough of my car to ensure nothing was overlooked. To my surprise, he even sent me a video of their inspection process—something I’ve never experienced before, and a clear example of how they go the extra mile. When it was time to pick up my car, I was absolutely blown away. The repair work was flawless, and Andy made sure the vehicle was detailed inside and out. As I pulled up, he was outside carefully wiping down any remaining water spots—making sure everything looked perfect. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care is incredibly rare. I also want to recognize Justin Hagberg, the Collision Manager, who was kind, professional, and made sure to coordinate with the dealership I purchased my car from to keep everything seamless and stress-free. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any auto repair center. EXCELLENT experience. The customer service was TOP-TIER and my repairs are perfection. I have a love/love relationship with my vehicle and I felt taken care of every step of the way through a process that can be challenging.
