Amazing service! The advisor Brian was very nice and patient and ensured all the services for my vehicle were done accurately. BMW has the best service over any dealership i have been to. Also Sam, the manager is very professional and cares the customer walks in and out satisfied. Highly recommend coming to this dealership!

Best BMW dealership customer experience. Service exceeded expectations with professional staff, clear communication, and quality work. The waiting area was comfortable, and loaner cars were available for longer services. My car was returned in excellent condition, cleaned, and with a detailed report of completed work. Transparent pricing and priority-focused repairs made the experience hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Scheduling my appointment online was easy and convenient. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted and taken care of quickly. My advisor communicated with me what was needed to be done with my vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. I was offered a complementary ride home via Lyft, which I took. When I picked up my car. It was washed and ready to go. Very nice experience at the dealership.as always. I have a great advisor!

Clean well thought out service and waiting area, very comfortable. The personnel are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They understand the needs of their clients and are patient explaining the mysteries of auto maintenance and repair. The video of my car inspection was instructive and comforting. Nice job Chen and Johnny!

Chen is my service rep. He is always kind & makes sure all issues are addressed and fixed. The dept is thorough and sends videos of the updates showing any issues with your vehicle. Always a great experience. I even saw my saleswoman and she took time to stop & chat making sure all was good. She remembered my name & that transaction was months ago. Kudos to this dealership.

I recently got my car serviced here, and had an unexpected leak in my coolant. Ryan in the Service Department was absolutely amazing, he really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I really hope they value him as a top-rated employee!! Overall, this was a really great dealership, everyone seemed so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!
