I made an appointment to purchase and install new tires, and when the appointment day arrived, they told me I had to wait about an hour. When I asked something about the vehicle, they told me they were sorry, but they didn't have the tires available and were waiting for them to arrive about three hours after my appointment. I told them I wanted my vehicle back so I could take it somewhere else, and they told me they would rent me a vehicle free of charge, so I could leave the car there. When I went to pick it up, I found the tires were very dirty, like mud; they didn't look new. Upon checking the manufacturing date, it was 2122. That is, they sold me tires that were three years old, and perhaps under what storage conditions. Additionally, the previous estimate was $630, and once the work was completed, it came to $710. I wouldn't go back to this place, much less buy tires. I paid the price for new tires, and they sold me ones that were more than three years old. Perhaps the location and price of tires with quality and condition are questionable.

I had an amazing experience with Eli!! 10/10 recommend him because he was so helpful and got me into a car with low interest, low miles and a lower payment !! He took great care of me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service!!!

Update: I apparently spoke with Tatyana who stated she still needs to grt an estimate together. This should have been done last week. Her customer service was piss poor. She said she spoke with my husband who she obviously didn't since he doesn't even know who she is. I'm still in a rental and paying out of pocket. This is the worst shop service I have ever received. Update. After hearing from someone on Thursday, I was expecting something to be done. I now have to renew my rental again because I have not received any further updates nor has my car been fixed. That's 1 1/2 weeks in a rental that I am paying for. I tried calling today, but there was no answer. My car was towed into the shop last week because it would not start. The appointment got scheduled for yesterday and today I called only to find out they haven't even touched the car. I've been stuck in a rental for a week now that I am paying out of pocket for and they obviously don't care. This is the worst service I have even gotten from a shop and have already written a letter to Conicelli. This is my last time ever dealing with Conicelli.

Conicelli service has been a consistent nightmare since my wife and I purchased our vehicles from them. They’ve refused to fix manufacturing defects bc they’re “not a big deal”, appointment scheduling is always a nightmare, and they can never provide any kind of ETA for completion of service. They won’t send their “courtesy” shuttle to come to pick you up until they have other vehicles ready in your area. Which means that if your vehicle takes one or two hours you might have to wait all day until someone else’s vehicle is done even if you only live a few miles away. They offer the benefit of complimentary services for vehicles purchased there, but make it so inconvenient/burdensome to schedule/use these services that they lose almost all value. When provided with feedback, they’re often rude and unaccommodating. They’re always apologetic after the fact when presented with negative reviews, but the problems remain and the service is nearly always abysmal. Avoid if possible ** as a follow up to this review (11/15/24), I was never contacted by anyone from Conicelli despite what they’re response says. As of today, I attempted to schedule an appointment for state inspection on their website and later received a voicemail informing me that the nearest appointment date is approx 1 month out. I’ve done business with a number of area dealers over the years and Conicelli has the worst service department I’ve ever encountered.
