Awful service. 2.5 hours of waiting for an oil change with an appointment and they forget to put the oil in! Never buying a Kia again. This place is terrible.

I got a n appointment in less than a week. Not like when Murray had the place. I'm still annoyed with Murray not letting me buy back my old car. And everyone refused to help me with that.
