I recently ordered mats for a 2014 Nissan Rogue S.. they even have you enter your VIN to make sure they send you the correct mats. Well they sent the wrong mats anyway. So I contact them, they sent a packing slip to send back and states send back in original packaging. So I used same box, even put the shipping label address to me in with the mats inside and sent it back. All good right??.. wrong because of the plastic we ripped off when we first received item. So now they’re saying they can take back at all. So now we’re out $114 for something that never should have happened if they sent out correct mats especially when you give them your VIN number to make sure their sending correct item for your car. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t even send mats back so we’re out the money and the mats to even try to resell on our own. They like to point out your mistake but never own up to their own that they sent wrong item to begin with.

Located right on Ridge Ave. Service was quick and they had coolant in stock at a good price. (Better than Amazon). Hondas only take Honda Coolant. Also if your need a specialty part they can order it for you.

I went in for a scheduled vehicle inspection. (Fully expecting to replace the front brakes with 40k miles on original factory pads, i figured it was time.) I prepared myself for the pitch which took over an hour to come, while I'm usto the upsell for addition services, The attempt was not explained well, and had the opposite effect as over $400 to replace front brake pads is outrageous for disk brakes. Instead, i decided to allow them to perform the differential service. This experience only got worse when getting to my vehicle after service to find the car sitting outside with the driver window down. The entire car smelled like cigarette smoke! Not only is it disgusting for me, but more importantly, my wife is asmatic, and I don't appreciate that I had to drive with the windows down to air it out. I can't say someone smoked in the car, but it smelled like it to a non-smoker. This negative experience will likely mean I will not be a returning customer. Update to review: Ownership graciously offered to pass on my phone number to service managers. My contact info is already in various Conicelli systems , including service, as this was not my first visit or the first vehicle I had purchased from connicelli, but it's likely my last! This was not a nice experience, and the response I got a week later resonates. I was a long-time customer at connicelli Toyota before replacing my vehicle, and I attempted to do the same for my wife's CRV. This was clearly not the same experience. Car service should not feel like a sham, and it's important to remember as a customer that you have a choice and the dealership needs to earn your hard earned money especially when they don't treat you or your vehicle with respect. 1 Star because i can't give less.

Order online from Conicelli all the time. Pros: Products are shipped fast and great packaging. Prices are great. Cons: Returning something needs a little more information: Emails were short and no details just basic Yes or No responses. Overall: Good experience.
