Came for my 60K service but found out they charge a few hundreds for things that are not needed. So I decided to do only an oil change with a multi-point inspection. I had a coupon that was sent by VW Palm Springs. Initially, they were okay about honoring it, but then after a few phone calls they could not. The multi-point inspection turned out to be a single-point inspection (they only checked the brakes and the numbers were somehow reversed from my previous maintenance). The sheet came with no results for the other things. They had to go back inside and check some boxes (Randomly because my wipers were yellow in my previous maintenance and now they became green!). I also asked to update the software for my infotainment system, they charge $100 and will take a day or two. So i did it myself in 30 min. Won't go back again. They don't seem to want to do any work, yet they want to just charge for service.
