10/10 experience. I worked with Henrry, a product specialist, today & he was lovely! Every car I wanted to see he didn't hesitate to go inside & grab the keys to show me them. I really appreciated his honesty & he was so helpful when it came to all my questions/concerns etc regarding the cars I looked at. He was respectful of my budget & showed me new used cars as well, that also fit into my price range! I didn't feel like he was rushing me or trying to sell me the most expensive car which made me feel really comfortable because this is a HUGE decision you know? Anyway, We test drove a new used Lexus UX & I LOVED it. I came in for an NX but surprising loved the UX (it helps to be open to suggestions). After the test drive I talked to Greg, a sales manager, to go over logistics. Henry did a phenomenal job explaining what type of car I was getting into & Greg made it easy to understand the pricing behind it & they hooked me up with a great deal (like seriously I couldn't believe it lol) Lastly, Ali, who was the finance director, made the process on finalizing my purchase so smooth. I'm pleased with my experience here & I'm so in love with my new used Lexus UX! (Also Henrry put the bow on the car & it was the icing on the cake ) I know other reviews have a much different opinion than mine but what I will say is, kindness goes such a long way. How you treat others will reflect how they treat you. All three of those gentlemen showed me nothing but kindness & I am so happy I bought from here! thank you guys!

Very bad dealership. Great at blowing smoke up the a_s very good at charging way more than any other Lexus dealership. Suck servicing or any type of repair work on a Lexus. Very stuckup and arrogant group of people. I think they forgot that they didn't invent the Lexus brand they are just car salesmen. I thought I was bad till I went there to look at some cars. I had to walk away and go be a normal human being for a bit. I went back home put on a tee shirt , my tennis shoes, and then went and bought a nice USED Toyota Tacoma. Never bought a used car before. I never wanted or even driven a truck before.lol. never mind a Toyota! Maybe if BMW built a truck I would have considered it to move stuff around with. WOW! I have never enjoyed a vehicle as much as this truck before in my entire life. I should have eat that humble pie 30 yrs ago. I almost forgot that I Too am just a human being like everybody else. Well almost everybody else.

The service department took advantage of my trust and overcharged me thousands on the repair bill. They said the whole exhaust system would be changed but they just replaced the middle and manipulated labor times to charge me over List price on all the parts. The service department is a bad representation of the Lexus brand. The service manager should be fired. He is a thief. I found Holes in my mufflers. I asked them to inspect my car, they did the bare minimum and charged a fortune!
