The staff seems friendly and are interested in helping you get your vehicle fixed. They seem friendly to people of color and will always suggest opinions to buy a new car with them. If you're not knowledgeable about what is wrong with your vehicle don't go by yourself and have a general understanding what is wrong with your vehicle or you will get taken advantage of. Lastly, ask lots of questions about what is wrong when they come back to explain your repairs. If you're looking for a place to get scheduled maintenance done like oil change, schedule inspection and tire rotation this is the place for you. If you're looking to get major work done, I would suggest shopping a round first with a trusted mechanic.

They take 5 hrs to do an oil change when u have an appointment and then charge a ridiculous amount of money. I think that was my last oil change by them. I feel like if I have an appointment gt me in and out. It may have been longer than 5 hrs I can't remember but I came in the mornin and didn't leave until well in the afternoon.

Terrible service department. I dropped my car off the night before my appt. When I called at 3pm the next was told my car was not ready and they didn’t know what they were doing for it even though the appt was made for a recall that needed fixed….I was told they would keep my car overnight. After this, I spoke with a manager because I needed my car the next day and he repeated himself multiple times saying his advisor didn’t say that to me. Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back to even get an oil change here. They don’t call me or let me know what was going on, this has happened the last 3 times I took my car here.

I was very impressed with the Serpentini Collision Center in Willoughby Hills. What started off as a rough experience, difference in what was advertised on the website, and what was offered regarding a loaner vehicle, it was taken care of swiftly. The work done on my car was excellent, with a perfect paint match. Additionally, the staff was kind and courteous. Work was done within the week. I would recommend Serpentini Collision Center in Willoughby Hills.

So I took my truck to get a transmission diagnostic and they said to pay $150 and I was okay but then after a few days they wouldn’t call me back or answer my call . This place just sells any kind of truck not caring If the transmission or AC is good on your new vehicle you wanna buy. This place is a joke my truck has been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks already and still don’t know when they are gonna have it ready I hope I can get my money back for what I paid for this truck because I literally had to lose days at work because I didn’t have a truck and didn’t give me a rental which made me get really mad because I called the service department guy name Gary and told me they understand that I don’t have a car but didn’t give me another car like what are you gonna pay me for my days off ??¿¿ if I could I would give this place a zero for having me to wait so long and I still don’t get my truck and not knowing when it’s gonna be ready never buying from here again !!!

I came in for an oil change (without an appointment) and my Service Advisor Johnny Wallace was beyond accommodating. He was friendly and extremely attentive and got me in and out in under 2 hours. He kept me updated every step of the way and even informed me of (and made the repair) a recall that I was unaware of. The waiting area was clean, and inviting, and the complimentary coffee was right on time. 10/10 I would recommend Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills to anyone!
