Ford East Service Center

The people at AutoNation Ford East we wonderful. Matt got me scheduled immediately and it was smooth sailing. I had total confidence in them from the start. It was done when they said it would be and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Spoke to manager one night went to purchase the next night. I even brought a cashiers check. The car was not what I had asked for, had almost 1000 miles on what they called a brand new car. Also person we had appointment with was not there so added me to someone else. A different manage spent over an hour trying to find something that would work for me. We found something acceptable but then I could not even get it until the next day. They sent me home that car would be delivered after they fixed the recall and it was thoroughly detailed. The car shows up and it is very dirty , no detail had been done at all. If it had not been for second manager working so hard to make the deal the score would have been a 1.

Fast and courteous service. Did a recall at the same time without my needing to ask or schedule. Bronco came back serviced, recall closed and washed within 90 minutes…. all covered via Ford Rewards points. Would highly recommend

My daughter brought my vehicle in before noon and was given the runaround by both service techs in the garage. I was at work and couldn’t bring my vehicle in. My daughter states the guys were rude, dismissive, and ignored her because my vehicle didn’t have an appointment. I bring my vehicle there every week to be washed so the guys know my vehicle. After being told to come back in 3 hours I thought was ridiculous. I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle there but when I found a car I wanted and was told I could get free car washes I agreed on buying a vehicle there. My daughter called me at work to tell me how bad of an experience she had I then called the service department and immediately was put on hold, transferred, given an ultimatum to wait 3 hours or come back. I will never purchase another vehicle there nor will I recommend anyone else to this dealership. However I will continue to bring my car in to get washed.

The service department at AutoNationFord East is always very accommodating. My recent appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather, and Matt was especially helpful in doing so.

The service department was very polite and professional. They diagnose the problem with my front end and they were able to order the parts and repair it within 24 hours. As I was in route back to Boston, this was important to me and I really appreciated them getting it done right away. When I drove in without an appointment, they accommodated me.
