If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased a used vehicle and was assured it was in good working condition. Within less than 1 month of purchasing, my engine light came on. I took it in and they “took it to their mechanic” then proceeded to tell me they were going to clear the code and wanted me to drive it a few days and see if the light came back on. I told them how it was leaking coolant, the heat wasn’t working and a few other issues. They assured me it was safe to drive. They lied. Now less than 2 months of purchasing and I broke down on the freeway to find out I have a blown head gasket. I feel as though I’ve been scammed and the dealership isn’t even willing to help me. This has been an extremely upsetting experience. Never would I ever recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this facility. They should be ashamed of themselves!

We bought a 2024 Outback. Location is close to rt 2 and rt 90. Easy on and off. Christian helped us and went way out of his way to explain deals and jokes, while explaining all the computer stuff. Set up was nice and close to what our old Subaru had. Clean business. Lovely waiting area. Coffee, tea, and Misc drinks. Large restroom stalls. All is at ground level so handicap/wheelchair is easy access. Pricing and paper work is explained at each step as signing. Now waiting for our title to arrive.

I was able to call after 9am on a Monday morning and schedule an appointment same day at 12 noon. After driving inside the Service department I was immediately greeted and my SUV was taken to the lift. I walked next door from the dealership to a Cafe for breakfast. When I returned to the waiting area.. the car was done. The oil change complete inspection and tire rotation.. free wash.

My wife loves her car. Allie was great with the sales portion and wasn't overly aggressive. We had a new guy in finance so that didn't go as planned but he was new and is understandable. Had an issue with our bank a week after the purchase but the manager Joe Russo stepped in and got it resolved quickly.

Waited an hour 1/2 for a scheduled pre paid service for a simple oil change. 3 different people came in after me 1 over 1/2 hour after me paid 200 for their services so obviously more than an oil change. The man said oh yeah that’s finished when I initiated. They completely forgot about me and my car. But it took me becoming a Karen before I got an apology and the guy handling the paperwork said that wasn’t said. 😂☠️ They said because they notify you at arrival time that a simple 600 mile/ 6 month oil change will take an hour to an hour 1/2 that forgetting to let me know was exceptional service. Wow. My first oil change with them since I bought my new 2024 Crosstrek. Could I go to a 5 minute oil change place.? Sure. But I PREPAID for free hassle free maintenance. How hard is it to say i am so sorry your car was ready and just forgot to close it out of the system. I would have walked away just fine. Is it a generational gap thing??? Who knows but just be honest.

Bought car w 28k miles on it. Carfax says brake fluid was flushed AT THIS LOCATION at 27k. Bring it in at 33k and am told it needs the 30k brake flush. Were they trying to get me to pay for an unneeded service? Service dept then claims they know nothing about required routine maintenance that Carfax says was done. Why do I feel like they were trying to cheat me?

Typical used car dealer. Sales person ken E. Couldn't be there to hand keys off or make sure the car was ready for delivery. I have to thank the general manager, Dadio for his help, nice person
