Busted Knuckles

Took a bike here 2 months ago. I asked the owner to fully look over a bike I had purchased before I ride it and make it highway worthy. I brought him All of the consumable parts (tires, brake pads, etc) and asked him to do a full once over on the bike. He complained to me my clutch reservoir was empty of fluid. He filled it back up and bled the system. The clutch slave cylinder was/is leaking from the bolt attaching it. The bike ran fine for a week or 2, now the clutch is soft and the bike does not operate again. I discovered the problem myself, and i am NOT A REGISTERED BIKE MECHANIC.... The level of incompetence at this shop is crazy. They had to hook hoses up to the cylinder to bleed the system after they refilled it.. how do you miss clutch fluid soaking everything underneath and it slowly pouring out of the bolt hole? He even mentioned he was potentially going to pull the slave and rebuild it, but then he said he saved me money by not doing so... I paid this man a large chunk to do tires, brakes and fluid. I feel ripped off and am contemplating letting my lawyer know.. I ordered a new clutch master cylinder and will be installing it myself. Do yourself a favor and take your bike elsewhere, or you will be like me. Bike not operating 2 months later, -$1250, and frustrated! He was clearly in a rush and provided lack luster service... DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Excellent service . He came in on a Saturday to get my Shadow ACE running for a Father's Day ride with my son . Price was perfect and the bike runs great !

Old school bike shop. Guy builds some pretty awesome bikes. Beats the dealer on price and service all day! When my tc88 bites the dust I want busted knuckles to do the build. Period.

Had some inner tubes replaced. Very fair price and had it done quickly. Chatted a bit about cars and bikes with the guys there. Will definitely be back.

I took my bike there, Jim gave me a quote to have the repairs done. When it was time to pay, the bill was actually lower than the quote. If you want quality work at a fair price I would definitely take my bike there.

Just met him today and he’s awesome. He hasn’t even worked on my back yet, but he offered to help me tow my bike to his shop and fix it. Highly recommend.

Had to get my tires swapped. They offered to let me use their trailer and they also fixed up my battery too. These guys rock, honest and knowledgeable. Will recommend them to everyone I know.
