I had a pretty good experience considering that I do not enjoy the car buying experience. I traded in two vehicles, which after reviewing what they listed them for sale on their site, I feel they could have given me more on trade value, but both vehicles were over 10 years old with over 100K miles. I worked with Nick and Igor, and we made a deal fairly quickly. I waited an hour for financing even though I was paying cash. Not sure what the delay was but Igor apologized and thanked me for my patience. Overall it was a pretty good experience compared to previous car buying experiences.

In October 2023 I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. All for the vehicle to turn out to be a LEMON. This dealership has not been of much help as I have being dealing with mechanical issues since Nov 2023. The vehicle has had 2 major repairs one in which the service department at this dealership repaired and took them 2 months to do so. The General Manager acted as if he was going to be some help he provided me his direct number just to not answer. Then had an employee tell me that they can offer me $1000 off a new purchase. NOT TO MENTION THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUYBACK REVIEW PROCESS AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND ANY LONGER AS I HAVE NO FAITH IN THEM FINDING RESOLUTION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have had 6 vehicles from this brand but this will be my LAST.

I regularly get service at this location for my2 VWs. And everyone has always been fantastic. Today I had a small issue that I was hoping to have checked out, so I stopped in on a whim. Vince (I think that’s his name, sorry I forgot) was not only fantastic, but went above and beyond to inspect my vehicle to make sure it was road ready as I lift. We drove around the block to figure it out, checked out all of my tires, gave me great insight. He took the time and was patient and kind all while I had a little one ready for a nap in tow !… in a time when good service is hard to find, look no further than this place. For his excellent service and his time all he asked for a good review. It’s my please to do so! I look forward to continuing getting service (and cars) at eastside VW, Thanks!!

I dropped my car off at 8 a.m., but they forgot about it and never serviced it. The next day, around 4 p.m., I called because I hadn’t heard from anyone. They had only fixed the recall issues and hadn’t addressed any of the other problems I asked them to check. When I arrived to pick up my car, no one answered the phone 15 minutes before closing. When I got there, the service representative asked if I was the person who kept calling. After keeping my car for two days and not doing anything, they still charged me a diagnostic fee. On top of all of that, I keep getting junk mail from them. In summary: 1. They forgot my car for an entire day, delaying service. 2. They only completed the recall work, ignoring my requested diagnostics. 3. They failed to communicate, requiring me to follow up after nearly two days. 4. They charged a diagnostic fee despite not addressing my requested issues. I will never agajn...

Called yesterday about my brakes and spoke with ERIC for a brief few minutes before he hung up on me. Called back and spoke to a different person who answered my questions and was polite. ERIC on the other hand was rude, talked down at me because I didn’t know much about cars and needed to clarify with a family member and then hung up when I was asking said family member.

I’ve been going here for YEARS before i moved last year & they got new owners & employee's.. Vince use to help me all the time and was so knowledgeable and polite (where was he today???). Went in today because my car was making a fan-like noise when idled and there was no way i was getting on the road next week with a car making loud noises. I took video of the sound because typically my car likes to play me like the fool and not make the noise when i get to the dealer lol. I played the sound for them and told them i only hear it in the cabin. The two guys at the service desk looked at me like i was stupid, said they don’t know what the sound is, and told me they can’t help me and i should take it back to whoever fixed my car from the accident i had. I didn’t want to take my car back to whoever fixed it first because they OBVIOUSLY didn’t know what they were doing (which is why i said forget it, i’ll take it to VW). I get they might not have been able to assist me that day even though they closed at 2 and i was there at 1145 but nobody offered an appt, a diagnostic.. nothing. I brought my Jetta to VW hoping they’d assist me with my VW. Yet I ended up leaving the same way i came. Uneasy.
