As I continued paying for a rental, my car payment, and insurance—all while being unable to access my own vehicle—I called daily for updates. My frustration grew. By Thursday, I finally got through to Eric, who told me the key blade had arrived, but the fob had not. He assured me the fob should arrive any day. The weekend passed, and by Monday, there was still no update. When I finally reached someone—either Dan or Rich—I expressed my frustration about the complete lack of communication. Instead of acknowledging this issue, he vaguely stated that the keys were on “a global shortage.” That may have been true, but why did I have to chase them for information? Why wasn’t I kept informed as a customer? I asked again for a loaner to help alleviate the cost of my rental. He flatly refused, saying he would not provide a loaner “indefinitely.” Another week passed, and Eric still had not reached out. No updates, no apology—just silence. I called again and spoke to the parts manager, either Dan or Rich. I asked if they could provide a loaner for just a week or two—nothing indefinite, just a small break from the financial burden. This time, his answer changed: “We don’t provide loaners for replacement keys.” This directly contradicted our last conversation. At this point, it became clear that this dealership had no interest in offering even basic customer service or assistance during this extreme inconvenience. Today, I called again and reached Eric. I asked for the manufacturer’s phone number so I could get an update myself. A full week had passed since my last call, and I still had no real information. Just had my 2015 GTI in for service at Cherry Hill VW. Brought it in for a suction jet pump recall service, an oil change and to address an oil pan leak. I must say, I am very impressed with the customer service at this site. Dana Wilson, the service consultant, was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Logan Clark was thorough in his diagnosis of the oil leak. I was going to only proceed with part of the service to replace the oil pan gasket (where the oil was predominantly leaking from), but was informed that it might be a waste of money to do so since without replacement of the breather assembly it could cause the leak to return. The breather assembly would need to be ordered so I would have to bring the car back at a later date. It was a pleasant surprise to have a service center encourage me to not waste my money and potentially have to do the same job twice. I will certainly be considering the full repair in the future. Thanks Cherry Hill VW for the work performed and for the transparency during the service.

I'm a new transplant to south jersey, having been in north jersey most of my life, and recently central. The service of Cherry Hill VW was truly exceptional. Best I've ever had. My ID4 needed servicing and a few new parts; I had been putting this off due to life being crazy hectic, but that is my fault at the end of the day. I have driven luxury makes in the past, and this dealership blew them out of the water. Fast, efficient service, excellent communication, clear evidence of all repairs, courtesy rides to and from the service center. You'd be hard pressed to find another dealership as nice as this one. Horrible service, my car not fix yet, info net screen supposed to be replaced, but I am here 2 months past still not one call me yet, I will never buy Volkswagen again, very bad service level 20% which is to much for them. Dear Volkswagen Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I have experienced with my Volkswagen Tiguan 2024, which I have been leasing since June. Since acquiring the vehicle, the infotainment screen has not worked, severely limiting my ability to use GPS, music, and other features that were significant in my decision to lease this car. Despite bringing my vehicle to Volkswagen service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Initially, I was informed that the problem could not be fixed, and subsequently, I was told that a part had been ordered. However, as of December, I have not received any updates or follow-ups regarding the status of this part or repair. This lack of communication and resolution has left me extremely frustrated, especially as I am paying a premium for features that I am unable to use. When I reached out to the service manager, I was advised to contact Volkswagen directly, which is why I am now reaching out to you. I urge you to address this issue immediately, as I cannot wait any longer for a resolution. The current situation is unacceptable, and it is causing me to lose trust in your brand. Yet another VW service where they want to charge for tire rotation when the service plan requires they check your breaks and rotors. A complete rip off. Plus the book clearly states 30k service requires tire rotation, Canada front to back. Clerk argued for he point until I told him to stop. It’s a waste of time going to VW service. Never again, VW or their service teams.
