Services Offered

Audi Cherry Hill Service, as a brand-specific "Auto Repair Station," offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the precise requirements of Audi vehicles. These services are typically performed by factory-trained and certified technicians who possess in-depth knowledge of Audi's complex systems and technologies. Key services include:

  • Routine Maintenance: This covers scheduled services as per Audi's factory recommendations, including oil changes using specific Audi-approved synthetic oils, filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), fluid checks and top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
  • Advanced Diagnostics and Repair: Specializing in Audi's intricate electronic systems, this includes diagnosing and repairing issues related to the engine, transmission, braking systems (including ABS), suspension, steering, and complex electrical problems.
  • Brake Service: Comprehensive brake inspections, pad and rotor replacement, brake fluid flushes, and repair of advanced braking systems unique to Audi.
  • Tire Services: Including tire sales, mounting, balancing, rotation, and alignment specific to Audi vehicle specifications.
  • Battery Service: Testing, replacement, and maintenance of vehicle batteries, including those for Audi's advanced electrical systems.
  • Air Conditioning and Heating System Repair: Diagnostics and repair of climate control systems to ensure optimal comfort.
  • Genuine Audi Parts: A critical aspect of their service is the exclusive use of genuine Audi OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, which are designed and tested to meet Audi's rigorous standards, ensuring compatibility, performance, and longevity.
  • Warranty Repairs: Handling repairs covered under Audi's manufacturer warranty or extended service plans.
  • Recall Services: Addressing any safety recalls or service campaigns issued by Audi.
  • Vehicle Detailing and Wash: Often, a complimentary car wash and vacuum is included with service appointments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Loaner Vehicles: For more extensive repairs or longer service times, loaner vehicles are typically offered to minimize customer inconvenience, although availability might be subject to terms and conditions.
Features and Customer Experience

The defining features of Audi Cherry Hill Service, as an authorized "Auto Repair Station" for Audi, are centered around maintaining the integrity and performance of luxury vehicles. These include:

  • Factory-Trained Technicians: Technicians undergo specialized training directly from Audi, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest models, technologies, and repair procedures. This expertise is crucial for diagnosing and fixing complex issues specific to Audi vehicles.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: Access to proprietary Audi diagnostic tools and specialized equipment that may not be available at independent repair shops.
  • Use of Genuine Audi Parts: This ensures that all replacement components meet the manufacturer's specifications for quality, fit, and performance, which is vital for preserving the vehicle's warranty and resale value.
  • Service Advisors: Dedicated service advisors act as the primary point of contact, providing explanations of services, cost estimates, and updates on the vehicle's status.
  • Digital Service Updates: Many modern dealerships, including Audi service centers, offer digital inspection reports and video explanations from technicians, sent directly to the customer's mobile device for transparency.

However, it is important to address the customer reviews provided. These reviews highlight significant concerns regarding service quality, communication, and timeliness. Specifically:

  • One customer reported being charged a $200 diagnosis fee without the problem being properly diagnosed, leading to extended repair times (two full weeks for a 16-hour job) and a lack of clear communication or apology from the service advisor. This resulted in the customer losing trust and deciding to take their business elsewhere.
  • Another customer experienced a similar issue with communication, waiting two days without updates, having to visit in person, and then waiting a full week for work authorization. The vehicle was returned two weeks after drop-off for an oil change and shifter replacement. Furthermore, a new check engine light appeared after the service, which the dealership attempted to charge to investigate, leading to a complete loss of trust and the customer vowing to use alternative service providers.

These experiences suggest a discrepancy between the intended luxury service experience and the actual customer satisfaction for some individuals. While the facility aims for professionalism and specialized care, consistent issues with communication, transparency, and timely service execution can significantly impact customer loyalty and perception of professionalism.

Promotional Information

As part of a larger dealership, Audi Cherry Hill Service likely leverages various promotional strategies to attract and retain customers for their "Auto Repair Stations" services. These may include:

  • Service Specials: Regular promotions on common services like oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, or seasonal maintenance packages. These are often advertised on their website or through direct mail.
  • Genuine Parts Discounts: Occasional discounts on specific genuine Audi parts for DIY enthusiasts or those opting for non-warranty repairs.
  • Service Financing: Some dealerships offer financing options for larger repair bills, allowing customers to pay over time.
  • Loyalty Programs: Rewards programs for repeat service customers, offering points or discounts on future services.
  • Online Service Scheduling: Providing the convenience of scheduling appointments online through their website, which allows customers to select desired services and preferred times.
  • New Owner Service Incentives: Special offers for new Audi owners to encourage them to utilize the dealership's service center for their initial maintenance needs.
  • Roadside Assistance Information: While not a direct service of the repair station itself, they would typically provide information and support for Audi Roadside Assistance, a valuable feature for owners.

Despite the challenges highlighted in recent customer reviews, Audi Cherry Hill Service positions itself as a premier destination for Audi owners in Cherry Hill Township, NJ, and the surrounding areas, offering specialized care and expertise for these luxury vehicles. Prospective customers may wish to balance the brand's commitment to quality with individual customer experiences when making their service decisions.

Audi Cherry Hill Service Customer Reviews

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for over 3 years but after the last few services, I will no longer be returning. I won’t mention any names but the recent 1 star reviews are justified. Brought my car 1/28 for a diagnosis, which they will happily charge you a fee of $200 without actually properly diagnosing the problem. After receiving estimates with all the needed parts, I followed up with a service appointment to get the repairs done on 2/24. Mind you I made the appointment at least two weeks before 2/24. Drop my car off on Monday, and thought to have my car back by Thursday latest considering the estimates stated 16 hours were needed for the repairs. It’s now Friday afternoon and I don’t hear anything so I texted my service advisor and he responded saying the technician has been working on it and expect it to be done Saturday. Weekend passes and I still don’t hear anything until I get a missed call Monday around 5pm saying the car should be done by the end of the week. End of the week?! That would have been two full weeks of work if it has even been worked on at all… I call back Tuesday morning, and when I ask for an explanation as to why the car has been taking a while, the advisor beats around the bush giving excuses saying “they were waiting for the bay to clear and were waiting for the parts they ordered to come in. We don’t charge you for the amount of hours work.” Not an ounce of humility or an apology. If I made an appointment weeks in advance and you guys had ample time to order parts, my car should not have to sit around waiting “bays to clear” or for parts to arrive. Needless to say, this is just piss poor professionalism and not trustworthy. Lost a loyal customer that has spent thousands of dollars here.

I had an appointment on 12/26/24 for an oil change and to diagnose an electrical issue. I heard nothing for two days. Voicemails were left, calls were not returned. I stopped in on Saturday 12/28 and asked for an update. Nothing had been done, the car sat parked. I asked for it back, and suddenly a loaner was available if I let them do the work. I reluctantly took the loaner. Flash forward to the evening of 1/2/25, and I finally get work to authorize from the service advisor. One whole week that took him. Never in my life has a dealer been this reactive. He orders parts and says the car will be done early next week. The work (an oil change, and a shifter replacement) gets completed and my car is returned on 1/9/25, two weeks after I dropped it off. Late-week, mind you. Next morning I realize they incorrectly installed the volume switch near the shifter. I took it back today and they fixed it. A check engine light is now on that wasn't on when I dropped it off. Of course they tried to charge me to investigate. I left with my car; I don't trust them. Who knows when I would get it back. I'm so disappointed with the service of this dealership. I shouldn't have to call you repeatedly for updates, let alone show up in person because nobody answers phones. I'll spend the money on maintenance elsewhere. I'll buy my next Audi elsewhere.

This has been my go to spot for service for the last five years. Very friendly staff, reliable, and efficient work. The price however, is a lot more expensive than other non-Audi shops, which could be expected.

Guys atleast pick up phone of customers. if you are providing business phone number and an option to call you. I have been trying to connect with service team for over 2 days.

I'd give less if I could. Service dept makea same BS excuses. 8am appt for oil change only. 1st time, didn't get around to it until the next day. Current change, 8am appt, 2:30 now and still waiting. Don't bother calling, they give a scripted answer, or the rep avoids call back and gives a scripted text reply in return. If you can mot honor an appt that took 2 weeks to make, don't take it then. They are garbage
