Marcus was amazing. I had to get my vehicle repaired after a break-in, and he was very thorough about the repairs and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely be returning if I need services in the future.

This is hands down the worst company I could have sent my car to, even giving them 1 star is being generous. I was told 6 days for repairs, it has been 6 weeks. I was promised communication on the progress, let alone they ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle. I have not received one phone call, text, email, or voicemail. When asking for progress, the manager has lied to me and claims to have called and left me voicemails. Please take your business elsewhere.

After putting the radiator back in place (it was pushed in from being hit in front) they left the reserve tank completely empty! The only coolant was what was left in the radiator itself. Luckily I check my fluids regularly and discovered this before it did serious damage to my vehicle. The repairs took multiple weeks with no communication other than when I reached out to check in and even then it was difficult to get information or a call back. The detail/clean-up was poorly done but the bodywork itself does look good, thankfully.

WOW! Marcus i cannot thank you enough for being the person working with me! I don’t understand how the recent reviews say that they didn’t have any communication during the time their vehicle was being repaired personally from the first day. Marcus texted me and let me know what was going on, how it was going to be done. Also, he’ll be letting me know throughout the repair via text message any new discoveries. I wanted to upload all these pictures because the results speak for themselves check it out!!💎🔨

Just got done at Caliber and they were awesome! I went in for a scuff mark and now it looks like it was never there. See the two before photos vs. the after photo. Like brand new! They even gave my vehicle a wash. I will definitely be returning if I’m ever in need of collision repair again.

I regret taking my damaged Hyundai Santa Cruz there last August after a somewhat minor collision, no air bag deployment. First look everybody says $5-6,000. A week later they say $8-10k, radiator and condenser mount damage. 2 weeks later it’s something else damaged, $12-14k to fix, then another week it’s frame rail damage, almost $19k! This totaled my 8 month old 2024 vehicle with only 9100 miles on it! Wish I had taken it somewhere else, loved that pickup, just wanted it fixed!! Also, lousy communication, rarely called back when I left messages. Get this, saw on my total loss paperwork that they got $11,000 from my insurance company for not fixing my truck!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have never been so dissatisfied with lousy customer service and workmanship then Caliber Collision. In fact, up until this point I have only submitted positive reviews about businesses in general. I was involved in a car accident from a driver that was covered with Progressive Insurance and in working with the other driver's agent they directed me to Caliber Collision as one of their "network" repair places. Progressive assisted me in making an appointment 2/12/25 and at first, I was impressed by the location, front desk greeting and ease of picking up my rental car while my car got repaired. In fact, Progressive set up my rental car to be picked up at location and I started getting text message updates with an initial estimated completion of 2/18. Fast forward a couple weeks into the process and completion dates kept getting extended and wrong parts ordered and so forth. I finally got a message that my car was ready right at closing on 2/28 via text that my car was ready 5:08 p.m. and by then I couldn't make it back in time before they closed so called them and was scheduled to pick it up right when they opened on 3/3. Upon walking up to my car, I noticed right away they didn't even replace one of the scratched daylights that can clearly be noticed. The estimator (Alexis) came out and said, no problem we will order another one and call you when it comes in to get it replaced. I took filthy car and a few days later I was notified that the light was in and to drop off my car. I drop off my car and of course no more updates and so I have to call repeatedly to get update. Alexis finally called to tell me they installed the wrong light and that I can take my car and they would call me again when the replacement light comes in....so when I go to pick up the car, Alexis wouldn't come out...the front guy hands me a bill for 3800 that I need to sign off on and although it was going to Progressive I quickly reviewed and didn't see anywhere where they reference replacing my daylight. I declined to sign it and so the guy at the front desk gives me a revised bill for now $5127! I signed it and called Progressive. This is such a disservice to anyone. Ultimately what ends up happening is Progressive eats the costs and passes that cost back to the consumer. I got a call 3/12 that they got the replacement daylight and so I dropped off my car 3/13 and I had to call to see if my vehicle was even ready. I picked up my car and wanted to warn other customers.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! All I wanted was my car restored back to pre-accident status, but I still have one light where you can see deep scratches and of course my new car is depreciated. Again, go elsewhere!!!!!

We had a terrific experience with Caliber. They kept us fully informed about the progress on our car, they got it done within a week, and thanks to working with our insurance company the whole rental car thing was handled quickly and really smoothly for us. I am very impressed with their work!
