Very informal which I like. Got me in and out within an hour. Hazard lights switch replaced ,tandem work and mudflaps. Very friendly staff.. Room directly across the straight from shop. I parked there first and walked across the street. Highly recommend.

Best service I've ever received being out here. I had my emergency glad hose break and made it to a truck stop. My company called them and they was on sight in 30 minutes and fixed within another 30 mins. Fast service and they guy was pretty funny and just all around chill guy. Wish all places did service like this.

Not only was the mechanic (Brian) quick and knowledgeable, he was also helpful on explaining what the problem was on my trailer. If I ever break down again, I hope it's in Albuquerque and I'll surely call these people

Old school honest repair shop. Foreman really knew his stuff, mechanics were focused and expedient. Reliable and friendly. The owner is absolutely lovely and easy to deal with. Extra points for the charity work the owners do for animals.

This is, by far, one of the best shops in the Southwest. They are honest, fair, and most of all they understand that time is money with trucks. Albuquerque has a huge problem when it comes to truck repairs. The dealers and other shops all close at 5pm and good luck finding anyone at Inland or Rush that is halfway interested in helping. The folks at Fiber Works are FANTASTIC. I am a small fleet owner with out of town trucks regularly passing through the area. They've helped us out multiple times. When dealers say they can get you in for a minor repair in 8-10 days, Fiber Works will have it done in four hours. I cannot stress this enough: if your truck is broken down don't call the dealers and don't call Loves/TA/Flying J. Call Fiber Works before you think about anyone else. They're friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and once again they're honest. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
