Jiffy Lube Multicare

These guys are a joke . Took two of my vehicles there for a basic oil change they didnt tighten the filter on either one of my vehicles 2 separate times. My mechanic had to check out my vehicles and this was the problem with both of them lost most the oil in both cars inconvenient! I don't recommend this place can't even do a simple oil change. If u could rate 0 stars I would.

They were very nice and took care of me very well. I used to go to another up the street and I changing to this one from now on. I change my oil every 6 weeks as I travel a lot. The young man that helped me was great. Thank you.

Best Oil Change Ever! Came in for an oil change, left feeling like a NASCAR pit crew just worked on my car. These guys are FAST. I barely had time to scroll through three memes before they were done. My car is now smoother than my pickup lines (which isn’t saying much, but still). 10/10, would trust them with my ride again!

Jiffy Lube has been my “go to” car maintenance choice for 31 years. I appreciate their record keeping because they keep track of the recommended services using car-maker specific specs. I am now 30 years older than I was when I first started using their business. Now I’m not as bendy as I used to be and today I just needed a couple of minor things- windshield wipers and window cleaning fluid. I asked if they could vacuum the floor too. The mechanic didn’t shrug or roll his eyes, he just fixed me up in about 15 minutes and I was good to go. No high pressure or complaining, . He pleasantly performed the everyday things that I just can’t do any more. I appreciate that kind of service. I’m not as capable as I used to be, and I appreciate the service with a smile attitude more than those young men and women know. Their help and their smiles made my day! Thank you thank you!💜💜💜

Great place, always have my less commonly needed oil, and got the filter that was needed there super fast. The assistant manger was helpful, polite, and professional. Service was quick and efficient, which is respectful of my time.

Just had a great experience at Jiffy Lube.Tony was very helpful explaining life expectancy of oil and filters being very thorough. I was able to knock out my emissions and take care of my car all at the same time. Really fast!! I highly recommend!!

This place was great! The staff was very kind and very quick. I went this morning (Thursday) for an oil change and was able to get finished in about 45 minutes.

I was so happy with my experience at this location! Isaiah was very warm & welcoming, professional, and super fast getting my services done. I was there in total for maybe 20 minutes! Will definitely be back again and will send my family & friends as well to this location!

Within one mile of leaving the shop the under carriage cover on my car undercarriage panel began dragging on the pavement because it had not been put on properly I had someone temporarily fix the problem. I will be returning to have them fix it properly by replacing the panel. When returning to speak to the manager on Tuesday, he was polite, professional and made sure that things were set right. I always appreciate when mistakes are made, they are acknowledged and fixed. I would recommend this shop.
