Beware buying a used car from Brown Honda!!!! I bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee a little over a year ago. About 2 months ago my check engine light came on I had it checked said cylinder 3 coil and misfire, changed all coils and spark plugs had the light cleared. The check engine light came back on, I explained the white smoke coming out of exhaust and the smell of coolant to brown service advisor so made an appointment and took it to brown used car service center. They had my car a week and said I had a bad coil and needed spark plugs which were literally just changed. They replaced the coil and apparently my starter. Didn’t have my car back a week and the check engine light came back on for the same thing. But per my warranty if I took it anywhere else it has to be by referral from Brown. I took it to Earl Brothers they found that I had a blown head gasket and had proof sent it to warranty but Brown insisted I had to bring it back to them so they would not cover the other shop to do the work. So now I wait for my car to be towed back to the same place that misdiagnosed my vehicle and sent me on my way driving my vehicle the same way I took it in Initially. I feel they do not do a thorough job. For whatever reason listening to the customer and their concerns doesn’t mean anything to them. Think twice before you buy a used car due to the service center will try to screw you over.

I had bad experience i never come back again to come here fully not recommended because i had recently oil change here and mechanic does not fit revet under knee of shield protector yesterday i was driving my car on Highway and its comes off its very risky mechanic are not doing his job properly.

This is the first time I ever let someone change oil on one of my vehicles. Car was brand new and oil change was covered under the warranty. Everything was fine as far as I can tell except they left plastic rivets off the cover underneath. This drives me nuts if you can't do the tiniest simplest thing right I have zero trust in you. These things are ten cents and take literally a second to pop in. I'll change my oil myself next time it's not worth the $20 saved.
