I would like to commend Brown Honda Express Service. I took my new 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport Sedan in for service due to some lights coming on as well as routine maintenance needed. The entire team was ready to help and took care of me from start to finish. David took great care of me by explaining the process, addressing concerns, and removing worries. The technician who work on the vehicle did a fantastic job and was able to solve the issue. My car is driving great and I am very proud of my car. Thank you to David, the technician, and the team for a 5/5 experience. I was in and out in an hour, they cleared the lights, solved the issue, performed full inspection, oil change, rotation of tires, and even washed the car. I strongly recommend Brown Honda Express Service. Very professional!!

INSANELY OVERPRICED. Cost $490 for a transmission drain and fill. Guy couldn’t even explain to me what their labor rates are because they’re “variable for transmission services.” Somehow 1.5 hours of work cost $330 in labor. Not only that… this service took approximately 2.5 hours of waiting and would’ve been longer if I hadn’t spoken up and asked for an update. Sure enough as soon as I said something oh suddenly my car is out front. Beware of this crooked dealership. Will not ever be returning and will be submitting a complaint to BBB.

Used Brown's express service several times now for oil changes and other maintenance items. Always a professional staff there and good service. Generally quick, reasonable pricing, and you get an exterior wash after they are done.

Don't be shy to shop around to make sure you're getting a fair deal. I was quoted $179.99 for a rear differential flush, which I thought was steep at first glance but didn't realize how steep it was until I called another dealer who quoted $139.99 for the same service. I thought it was suspicious the service advisor increased the charge in the computer from $169.99 to $179.99 so I asked an advisor in the other service center attached to the main dealership, and he quoted $169.99. Dealership prices can be bad enough, but to be overcharged above and beyond dealership prices for no apparent reason leaves a bad impression. I'm disappointed because they've always treated me well up until today, but now I'm considering other dealerships to service my vehicle.
