Good things come from bad situations. I had a gasket go out on my oil filter after leaving, even though it could have ended up worse than what it was I was taken care of with nothing shy of professionalism from start to finish and happy with the outcome. Didn’t lose my future business.

Buyer beware these guys do not stand behind their work and will make you take them to court before they refund you for service let alone pay for damages that they may have caused. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. I went in for an oil change on the 14th and they upsold me on a transmission fluid change. Equipment was malfunctioning during the transmission service and after I left the shop I started having transmission issues that were not present prior to service. Went back the next day and they serviced my vehicle outside of the shop (I thought this was strange) again with malfunctioning equipment and that was the end for my transmission. Filed a claim with customer support which was promptly denied after they investigated themselves and found that they did nothing wrong. During the call to discuss my claim they stated that they just topped off my fluid the second time because it was low which was not the case. A full service was performed again on the 15th. What I don’t understand is how it could have been low with no visible leaks after having service done the day prior and how there could be no recourse for the damages that followed

I went here for a basic oil change and when I left my car would not accelerate properly and a lot of smoke was coming out of my exhaust. I turned around and went back to them told them about it and explained the issue. They “looked everything over” and then proceeded to tell me how it must be a coincidence because there was no issue with anything they had done. My dad then comes over and looks at the car for 45 seconds. First thing he did was check the oil which was twice as full as it should be. Once again, I drove my car to this location, told them the issue and fixed it but refused to give me a refund. I go to a shop to get my oil changed because I do not have the means to change the oil myself where I live. I have lost my trust in this shop and it is a shame that the 4 people who looked at my car 2 seperate times (including the assistant manager) could not notice something as simple as the oil being filled too high and not to mention not overflowing it so much in the first place! The staff was very kind about everything which is the only reason I give 2 stars but I will not be returning to this location.
