Bob's Transmissions of West Michigan

Bob and his team does absolutely incredible work. I had my Infiniti towed to Bob's Wednesday having transmission issues unable to get it out of first gear. Bob and his team diagnosed and repaired the issue by Monday and I was ready to pick it up. This shop is affordable, fast and works with integrity. Me and my family will be sure to come here in the future with any problems we have on our vehicles.

The team here is always so helpful and friendly. Their process is quick and straightforward. They are really great at what they do here. We bring our company fleet for any transmission issues we have. Bobs team has very clear & quick communication they also get things done when they are they are going to at the most competitive rate in the area. Highly recommend!

I just picked up my vehicle and cannot believe how great it works now!!! I had not realized how bad it had been shifting until Bob’s replaced the clutch. It’s like a new car now! If you have any transmission issues with your vehicle, bring it to Bob’s! They are fair, fast, affordable and do great quality work! I would give 10 stars if I could!

When my car went into limp mode after a transmission seizure, the Bob and his guys hooked up my car and give it a transmission relearn which resolved the problem. I was sweating bullets expecting to drop thousands of dollars on a repair, but instead I drove away with a healthy car for free! Thank you very much for your time and generosity--I always recommend you by word of mouth!

Bob is a stand up guy. Felt like he was working for me. Dealership wanted 4400$ for new transmission. Bob found out it was computer problem and wiring. Saved us though of dollars. Thanks to Bob and his crew.

Best shop I have ever encountered literally went their to drop my dad car off hour later gave me a call to tell me how much everything going to cost and when they ended up finishing it a day before. If I can give another 5 stars I would. 100% would recommend to all my family, friends.

They diagnosed my awd transmission issue without charge (which ended up being an engine issue throwing transmission warnings) and gave me advise on what to follow up on next. Everyone was friendly and I'll be taking my vehicles back here when an issue comes up.
