Excellent experience! I bought and scheduled my new tires to be installed online. Upon arrival, I was greeted by name and told me they’d get me right in. He explained everything to me regarding the bill, the free services all with no pressure to add on any options. Less than 25 minutes later, I was on my way with four new tires installed and balanced. Other shops can learn from the Belle Tire on Plainfield!

I bought 4 tires and an alignment here. I was surprised by how low-pressure sales it was. Russ and the other employees were so respectful and considerate to everyone they interacted with, whether in person or on the phone. I enjoyed my tire buying experience, which I never do. This is as a consistent as possible service center. I've worked with at least 5 full counter people turnovers and never have had a problem. At least 20 years of dependable service and some costly repairs.

Got me in next day when I had a brake issue. Expertly diagnosed issues and repaired it promptly. Great communication and did not try to up sell me on anything. Car has never stopped better. Highly recommended.

I've been a professional auto mechanic for almost 30 years. Did some work on family members car. Sent them here for tires and alignment. They refused to do alignment saying it had a bad tierod. I replaced one because it was bad before he went and the other was fine. So they tried selling parts car did not need. This is why I have little respect for places like this. These are the people that give mechanics a bad name.
