Weary from traveling, I came upon this small but mighty oil change shop. Although I didn’t need an oil change, I was concerned about my fluids before getting back on the road. I met Marcos and Antonio who provided exceptional service. They checked my fluids, educated me on the importance of an oil change and each of the fluids they checked. My visit was filled with laughter and high spirits which is not usual for an oil change shop. My experience was so good, I called and told my sister about it who lives in the Grand Rapids area. They were so respectful, knowledgeable, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. Thanks again and I’ll be sure to visit next time I am in the Grand Rapids area again!

First time there and I was really impressed with the quality of service they provided!! I was even more impressed with the fact that they still loved my dog, Thor, after he continually, nonstop barked at the guys (he’s a very loud, but lovable German Shepherd)! I’ll definitely go back, however, without Thor!

Was very happy with my experience today. Deandre and had very good customer service and Tony were efficient. Would 100% come again and recommend everyone else to come as well. But, also was not very happy with the regional manager. He does not seem to care for his employees. Maybe a new manager is needed.
