our tire was leakage and they should repair it for free because we purchase tire at BJ's. however they damaged my tire sensor and returned 3 times. They detected my sensor was bad but they could not replace it without their supervisor's review. I didn't have time to go there again and again. $10 fix ended with $50 sensor replacement. not recommend this shop to anyone.

I called few days prior, Dillon took my call and got me scheduled for an appointment 2 days out. I’m here now and my car is about halfway down. Very satisfied with the service and pricing on my 4 brand new tires. Will def recommend and bring back my other vehicle when it is in need of new tires.

The whole experience of buying tires here was horrible. Please don't waste your money, go anywhere else like Just Tires, Mavis, Mr. Tire, Pep Boys, anywhere but here. The customer service is terrible by most of the staff, who talk to you like your nothing. Go anywhere else where they appreciate the customer and are happy to have customers and do their tires. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50- $100 and go elsewhere. I wish that I had!
