Collision Center of New Jersey Introduce
The **Collision Center of New Jersey**, located at 587 NJ-38 #3, Maple Shade, NJ 08052, USA, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, specifically focusing on auto body repair and paint services. This establishment is crucial for vehicle owners in the Maple Shade area who require professional attention after an accident or for cosmetic vehicle restoration. This introduction aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the center's environment, services, features, and an objective look at customer feedback, which inherently contains promotional insights.
The **environment** at a collision center like the Collision Center of New Jersey is fundamentally geared towards the specialized process of vehicle bodywork and painting. While no explicit descriptions of the waiting area or customer amenities are provided, it can be inferred that the facility houses dedicated bays for body straightening, panel replacement, sanding, priming, and painting. This necessitates a clean, well-lit, and often climate-controlled environment to ensure proper paint application and drying. Equipment typically includes frame straightening machines, welding tools, paint booths, and specialized sanding equipment. The operational flow is designed to systematically move vehicles through various stages of repair, from initial assessment and dismantling to reassembly and final detailing. For customers, the environment is likely to be a functional space focused on the intricate work being performed on their vehicles.
The core **services** offered by the Collision Center of New Jersey revolve around restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, or improving their aesthetic appearance. These services include, but are not limited to:
- **Collision Repair:** This is their primary service, encompassing everything from minor dents and dings to major structural damage resulting from collisions. This involves assessing damage, ordering replacement parts, frame straightening, panel repair or replacement, and ensuring all safety systems are restored.
- **Auto Body Work:** General body work, which may include repairing non-collision related damage, rust removal, and minor body imperfections.
- **Professional Painting:** This is a key service, involving color matching, surface preparation, paint application, and clear coat finishing. Given the mixed customer feedback, the quality of this service is a critical aspect of their operations.
- **Vehicle Restoration:** While not explicitly stated, body shops often handle aspects of vehicle restoration that involve repairing or replacing exterior panels and ensuring a flawless paint finish.
Customers typically bring their vehicles to a collision center after an insurance claim, or for out-of-pocket cosmetic enhancements. The process usually involves an estimate, approval, the repair work itself, and a final inspection before vehicle handover.
The **features** of the Collision Center of New Jersey, as observed from customer reviews, present a dual narrative. On one hand, there are clear strengths, and on the other, areas where improvement is needed. Key features include:
- **Customer Service Excellence (Initial Interaction):** One positive review highlights "customer service friendly and very professional on all front," with gratitude extended to Joseph and his team. This suggests a strong initial client interaction and a positive front-end experience where communication and professionalism are prioritized.
- **Efficiency and Timeliness (Potential):** A positive experience notes that work was "completed... a week early before the estimated pick-up date." This indicates that, at times, the center can deliver on promises and even exceed expectations regarding turnaround time, which is a significant advantage in the often-lengthy collision repair process.
- **Quality of Work (Varied Experience):** This is the most critical feature, and here the reviews diverge significantly. One customer was "very impressed" and stated the car "looks so immaculate," highly recommending them for "any body work." This speaks to the center's capability to deliver high-quality results. However, another detailed review points to "really bad work," specifically mentioning issues with paint quality ("too much dirt in the color, and run the clear coat") and incomplete repairs ("inside the hood wasn't fix it, and the hood need 4 clips"). The customer also reported having to bring the car back multiple times for re-work, indicating inconsistent quality control and a lack of thorough pre-delivery inspections.
- **Accountability and Willingness to Rework (Mixed):** While the center did agree to fix reported issues, the negative review suggests that the re-work itself was also subpar and required multiple attempts, leading to customer fatigue. This indicates a willingness to address complaints, but a potential challenge in ensuring the corrective action is truly satisfactory on the first re-attempt.
In terms of **promotional information**, the Collision Center of New Jersey, like many businesses in this sector, primarily relies on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth. The highly positive review ("You guys rock!!!") serves as an excellent promotional tool, highlighting a "smashing job" and "immaculate" results, coupled with professionalism and early completion. This kind of endorsement is invaluable, especially for a service where quality and trust are paramount. Such positive experiences encourage new customers and build a strong reputation. The direct contact numbers, (856) 793-7375 and +1 856-793-7375, are essential for potential clients to get in touch for estimates and service. However, the presence of a significantly negative review, detailing persistent quality issues and a lack of thoroughness in final checks, can counteract positive promotional efforts. For potential customers, this feedback emphasizes the importance of thorough inspection upon pick-up. While the center shows intent to address issues, the inconsistency in final delivery could be a barrier for some. Ultimately, their most effective promotion would come from consistently delivering the high level of quality service highlighted in their best reviews across all jobs, minimizing the need for re-work and building universal client satisfaction.

Good custumer service, but really bad work that is the most importand in this kind of work. I don't recomend u to come to this body shop if u don't want to waste your time, or to see they did a bad work on your car. The Pain't was with too much dirt in the color, and run the clear coat. I told them. They told me: we will fix it. A week later when I pick my car I saw the color still same, so, I let they know and they said to me: bring back the car tomorrow to fix it, and I show them that same day the inside the hood wasn't fix it, and the hood need 4 clips that is for inside the hood. They re painted the parts, and did a bad work inside the hood. I told them: the painter just spray color without sand before do it. So, I bring back my car again the next day. Wait another week, and wt u see in the pic painted with scratches is how they leavy my car inside the hood . Really is a bad work wt they did in my car, and everytime they call me to pick my car, the said: the car is readr to pick up, and we checked it. But they didn't. I keep my car how is at this point, because I'm tired to bring back my car, And always is something they did wrong. I don't understand why if they have to fix what they did bad. Why don't fix everything good at the same time? They wait to see if the customer see what they didn't fix. That is wrong.

Thank you so much to Joseph and his team for working so hard on my vehicle. They did a smashing job on it. It looks so imimmaculate I was very impressed. Especially they completed the work a week early before the estimated pick-up date. The whole process was customer service friendly and very professional on all front. Thank you so much! Yes, I would highly recommend them for any body work. You guys rock!!!

Great customer service. From the second I stepped in, Ashlea was so nice and helpful. Provided all the information and helped make the process easier. When I got my Beautiful red Dodge Durango back the car looked pretty much like brand new! They did excellence job, and it even seem that they washed the car.

The owner and employees at this shop are the nicest most professional people I've ever encountered in the car business. Highly recommend.

They get a star for customer service, which is really good, but its not why I came. I brought my car here for a repair to the rear bumper, which was replaced and repainted. The color match is terrible to say the least. Looks like they were looking at an entirely different car. Then I'm backing my car up later on and get a warning. They didn't reattach my rear sensors! I don't need them but still want them connected. This is the last time I come here.
