Avoid the store. Every store allows you to use your phone number to do a return as long as you have the card used to purchase.. The store associate (tall African American gentleman) said they're not allowed to. When asked why I just did it previously at another store he said his manager doesn't allow it. I'll take my business elsewhere, he just didn't wanna do any work. Laziness.

What a pleasant experience! I had an issue with a previous store, but the employees at this location were so helpful! Thank you for taking on the slack of another store! I needed a battery test, a replacement battery, and 2 core returns. Everything was done in about 20 minutes. What a flawless battery change too!! The manager was professional and the employee working with him was extremely nice! Thank you for recommending a better product for me, thank you for covering for another store, and thank you for installing a battery for me. Definitely left there happier than when I came in!
