Service department price gouges over MSRP and claims that MSRP is the price they buy the parts for which is a lie. Service advisor mislead me and did not initially fix the requested parts i wanted which the service manager agreed on and still charged me more for the parts despite my quote for motor mounts was already priced. Picked up my car after having the clutch replaced and fluids flushed due to it being time and now my car struggles to shift into 1st and reverse. I don't even want to take my car back to them because they will likely make up another lie and want to charge me more to fix their mistakes. Pick another Ford dealer if you are looking for Quality and Honest service at a fair price.

Absolutely top tier service experience. I have been to many service centers across the states from the West to East coast. I have never experienced this meaningful level of care at any Ford Servicing. My BMW performance shop provides this service at a premium. Quick intake at Lane and Service Advisor desk. Techs provide summary recordings for you to evaluate issues along with them; browser app allow approval/denial for additional work; direct calls to follow up and elaborate on your options or issues. They’re proactive on warranties without you needing to beg them. Complimentary Lyft. I will continue to pay tolls for this kind of care. It’s not easy to get to this level of operations, and I’m actually impressed how across the board this team has it locked in.

I was hesitant to come back to this location because of the lack of service provided. I chose to come back to this location specifically because of the convenience and location in proximity to my home/work. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the oil change and 20k mile service provided quickly and efficiently, but the video that came with the invoice was AMAZING. Communication was great and when there was an additional cost I was able to review it and accept it quickly. I could not have been more thrilled with this new addition. It gave me insight to my own vehicle. The tech Josh was knowledgeable and friendly and had a great personality. I highly recommend this location as well as the employees in the service department!
