I am super disappointed with the quality of work I got from the service department for a basic oil change on my 2018 X5 35d. I took the car after the oil change and as I am getting home, the low oil pressure warning light goes off. The car is out of warranty and money is tight so I park the car until I can get to it. I Google the symptoms and narrow it down to the oil filter or oil pressure sensor. I take the oil filter lid off and BOOM there is the issue. The technician installed the filter incorrectly causing the issue. I replaced the filter....PROPERLY....and no more oil pressure issue. To pay over $500 for the oil change package and get this is absolutely ridiculous. The sad part is that I really like my service advisor! Unfortunately, he is not the one that does the repairs. This negligence is unacceptable and really should never happen.

Great service. Late last year we bought a used BMW X1 from another BMW dealer further away. We took it to Bill Jacobs BMW recently when we discovered the A/C wasn't working well. They gave the car a full look over and while they had it, they gave me a phenomenal loaner car. Jeff Hulsebus was outstanding and helped us deal with a third party warranty service that we were using, I know that extra paperwork is not fun or easy. Completely impressed by the care and attention by Jeff and everyone at Bill Jacob's BMW.

I had my X3 in for a 50,000 mile service and wheel swap on Monday morning. My service advisor Jeff quoted me a wait time of about 90-120 minutes and advised me on the work and inspections that would be completed. My car was ready in under 90 minutes and looked great after the car wash. Even the rubber floor mats were spotless. It’s nice that Bill Jacobs BMW once again over delivered on their service

Good morning. Just to let everyone know, they are deleting reviews that are negative in nature to run up their rating score. I posted a review yesterday and they removed it. Just FYI. Before you shop here something to think about. Here is my original post Good afternoon, I have been coming to your shop for about 5 years now. I'm there a couple of times a year to maintain the integrity of my car. Unfortunately, every time I have been in your facility, it has been a not so great experience. They always quote me one price, and it is always higher when I go to pick it up. ( every time) I have had to switch service people due to this issue. When you called me, you quoted $145. When I picked it up, $166. The biggest issue was when I came in at 7:11am. Friday. I was there to drop my car off and head to a dr appointment. I was asked to wait in the waiting area, which is normal. 45 minutes later, I went out to where they took my keys, and the 3 young gentlemen that were checking in cars were literally playing a 3-way video game. All 3 phones were on the desk, and they were hitting buttons simultaneously on each phone to start the game. When I explained I needed to go to my Dr's appointment, one of the young men handed me a piece of paper that looked like a fifth grader printed it out. I had to ask him 3 times what info he needed because he was more worried about the game than taking care of your customer. When I turned around to see if I could see you or anyone, everyone one was in their offices just talking it up. One even had his hands behind his head stretched back. The only thing missing is his feet on the desk. When I checked out, the girl at the cashier desk acted like she absolutely hated her job, and like I was interrupting her social media time. Unfortunately, these associates are a reflection of your brand. What I've seen in 5 years, you seem to be OK with it. I do run a successful business for a living. When I say successful, we are #40 in the company out of 2800. I do thank you for reminding me of why it is so important that we make each of our guests feel like our only guest. I do speak from 30+ years of experience and a very successful career. Never have I been treated so shallow or disrespectful. I feel I need to be looking for a new shop in the meantime. After what I saw, the staff you all hire, and the way your business is run. I really am not feeling comfortable letting anyone with your organization work on my vehicle at this time. Just FYI, last time I was there, the young man fetching cars gave my car to the wrong customer. I watched her get in my car and realize it wasn't hers. ( unacceptable) By the way, one young lady was actually taking care of her guest and making them feel like they were not just a dollar sign.
