I had an appointment scheduled for the morning of 11/25. The appointment had been scheduled for weeks. It was for a safety recall that had been open for almost a year, and they finally had the parts. I asked when I scheduled the appointment how long it would take, I was told 1 full day at the latest. I gave a 2-day buffer. I dropped the car off on the morning of 11/25, I told them it needed to be done by Wednesday evening as I was going out of town on Thursday morning and needed my car. He said he would make a note in my account. I followed up on Tuesday, 11/26 to get a status, they hadn't even looked at my car yet. Why did I drop it off for a SCHEDULED appointment 24 hours earlier if they wouldn't look at it for over 24 hours? When I asked if he would still be able to guarantee that my car would be ready by Wednesday night, he told me he could not guarantee that, that depending on what they find, it could take days longer. He basically alluded to the fact that since it was a "free recall" and not paid work, they would work on it as filler work and that's why it hadn't been looked at yet. I then told him to cancel the entire service and that I would need to pick my car up because I was driving it out of the state on Thursday morning and I couldn't take any chances of it not being ready. 1. If SAFETY recalls are filler work and not started immediately when they are dropped off for an appointment, this should be disclosed when the customer makes the appointment so they can plan their lives accordingly, knowing their car may be there for a week. 2. This should have also been disclosed when I dropped it off on Monday morning, not when I'm following up on Tuesday morning 3. If this is how you treat your customers for a SAFETY recall, I will never buy another Acura This whole experience was an extreme waste of time and a complete lack of customer service and transparency.

purchased a vehicle from them Jacob Baron was my salesman it was like he didn’t even care to do the sale I basically sold the vehicle to myself. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to this dealer. purchased a 2020 jeep gladiator from them i didn’t get the warranty on the vehicle, had the vehicle 9 days and the stop motor function stopped working i reached out to them through email Jacob responded but no one took care of the situation. Now the check engine light is on had the vehicle a little over 30 days when i emailed Jacob again of course he responded to the email apologizing he asked what i would like to be done. i emailed him back within minutes letting him know the reason the engine light was on it stated that the vehicle had multiple misfires and needed a tune up this was a week ago and i still haven’t heard anything from them. I don’t know what the issue is or if it’s because of my skin but i would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Mind you i didn’t finance through the dealership i brought them a check yet i still received something in the mail stating they ran my credit

When dropping your car off for service, particularly in the morning, you'll wait for 30-45 minutes just to be checked-in. In addition, the check-in process takes 7-10 minutes per customer. I can no longer do business with this establishment as they clearly do not value their customers' time. I had to make an appointment at Westmont and be serviced there. Although Westmont is not as conveniently located as this one, they (Westmont) will continue to get my business because their customer service is 70%-85% better than the Naperville location.

I drove about 47 Minutes to this place because I had already secured an appointment for a specific car but they discriminated against me and made me wait for longer time with my 2 kids until I told them I was leaving after lying to me a customer was test driving the vehicle. This act is irresponsible and shows they only judge a book by its cover. I was disappointed and they never called me back to show remorse. So disheartening and not good for business. Pls go to other places and don’t patronize them because they are not truthful at all. It’s all about the money in your pocket. They wanted me to put money down for what I haven’t seen. I regret burning my expensive gas and stressing my kids . I do not recommend
