I recently brought my MINI SE in for its 2-year maintenance and had a great experience. Mitch Shefveland was my contact, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the service was done right. On top of that, his positive attitude and professionalism made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Mini service was soeasy and informative. As a first time car owner, I was nervous. But Mitch took every question seriously and replied with proper thought and quick time responses. The Lyft they set up was so quick, it makes car servicing enjoyable and stress-less!

I absolutely love my Mini Countryman, and the service I’ve received from Bill Jacobs Mini as a whole has been nothing short of spectacular. Recently I had to bring my car in for two separate occasions and Mitch in the service and parts center went absolutely above and beyond to let me know of the required repairs and maintenance… but not only was he informative and patient with my questions (it’s been a while since I owned a car), he also kept me updated while my car was being serviced, providing information and estimates, as well as frequently communicating when the car would be ready. Mitch truly provides world class service with an authentic and honest demeanor. He’s so great!

Our son moved to Chicago in August and drives a Mini Cooper Countryman. We are new to Mini and wanted to make sure we found a reliable service provider should our son experience car troubles. We are so glad we connected with Mitch S, the Service Manager at Bill Jacobs Mini in Naperville, IL. Not only does Mitch have great customer service, he was very honest with the list of upcoming maintenance services that my son’s car needed in the next few months. He was specific about which maintenance was needed asap and which ones can wait. Knowing this was so helpful financially. We have completed and checked off some of the items on the list and continue to stay on track with Mitch. The car is in great shape and runs the way it should. Thanks Mitch!
