I recently had the pleasure to use Mercedes Benz of Naperville for my service needs. The experience was excellent. My service advisor is Dante - Dante is an excellent young man. He is thorough and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly, and the price was very competitive. I can highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Naperville for all of your car needs, whether it is service, parts or purchase.

The Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville is absolutely wonderful. Making appointments is a breeze using their web site. Checking in is always quick and easy. They send text notifications during the service with inspection notes and links to any relevant photos or videos for problem areas. Kevin thoroughly discussed the service performed and any unexpected issues with me and he was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service!

I get my car serviced here because I trust the work being done and to be done correctly. I specifically request service advisor Kevin V. He keeps me informed about required work, updated progress. The vehicle when ready when it supposed to be.

I only get my car service done at Naperville although St. Charles is closer. My service is always quick and fair. Dante is always responsive and explains necessary services. I like seeing the real time photos. No complaints at all 5 stars!

Brought my vehicle in for some maintenance service - Adam Dellert was my SA - he was friendly, responsive, and efficient. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Adam and MB of Naperville.
