I brought in my phone (Pixel 4a) for a battery change after they called to tell me the correct battery had come in. Even though the store had just opened and I was the only customer, the clerk insisted he would need at least an hour to complete the repair. I left the phone in perfect working order with the clerk. More than an hour later, I received a call saying they in fact didn't order the correct battery and also had "cracked the screen". I said I would pick up my phone which should still work with cracked glass and he admitted that the display was not functioning at all. He said they would need to order more parts to fix the phone and only offered not to charge for the screen repair. I returned to the store and found the glass was only scuffed at one corner and the display was not working at all. I asked how this could happen and he said it "happens all the time". The only compensation I was offered was for them keep my phone for at least two days to fix the screen. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he didn't work weekends. I asked to have a manager called and he refused. He really did not understand why I would not trust them to do a more complicated repair on my phone when they had failed and DAMAGED my phone while doing the thing they are supposed to specialize in! I left with a non-functional phone and no compensation or even remorse for ruining my property. I have had to buy a new phone. No one from the store has contacted me since. Don't go there!

I have a lifetime battery replacement warranty on a higher end watch (Nixon) that I should not have trusted this location to service, it took repeated visits just to get a tech that could remove the back cover. When I did finally get someone able to do the replacement two of the smaller chronograph hands were knocked off during the process. Instead of offering any customer service for repair the tech challenged me on what had been done and told me to never return, while his manager stood by and said nothing.

Unprofessional installation. The technician took time to search for a proper socket to remove the connector from the positive terminal of the battery and he couldn't find it, and then he ripped off the positive connector cover to make it easier for him to work with an improper tool he had.

i didn't catch names but the darker haired person made my shitty week better! they seemed to be experiencing system issues which they didn't allow to negatively impact my service. they did a lovely job with a fast turnaround, especially for such a busy location. my phone works like new. prismo and i send our best ✨

I want to thank the employees who work here. Excellent customer service. Everything was explained to me very clearly and honestly. When my phone was beyond fixing, I wasn't charged even though the replacement battery and screen was over $100. I deeply appreciate the efforts put in by this team, this is a good place to go if you need a repair!
