DO NOT GO HERE!!! Returned my car to me with additional damage!!! I was recommended the collision department by Luther Brookdale Honda after being rear ended. Due to part shortage, they had my car for a couple months. When I finally got my car back, nearly all of my dashboard lights were on. I was told it was just because my battery had been unplugged and that drive for a bit, they would go off. They did not so I contacted them to come back in to correct. I went back in and was told a sensor was broken on the front end but that they would not be fixing it. Sadly, I have reason to believe there is more damage than just the sensor since I hear a spring noise now when I go over bumps. They blamed all of it on the front end damage I had 3 years prior. I'm expected to believe that after years of this not being an issue, it just so happened to break in the couple of months it was in their possession??? Additionally, they conveniently missed scanning my car when they checked it in so had no evidence to confirm the lights weren't on prior. I tried to contact the manager who never called me back. I tried to contact my dealership to see if they had done a scan of my car when I brought it in for oil change, they also never called me back. I informed Luther of the damage when they called for the survey, no one ever reached back out to make it right. Completely unprofessional. Ironically, this was going on while they were advertising "lights out at Luther." Needless to say, I will absolutely never use this or any other Luther service/dealership.

The worst car repair experience I have ever had by far. No loaner car to give, estimate of about 1.5 weeks to fix. That was 5.5 weeks ago. I blame my insurance company for recommending this place, they’ve clearly had my car sitting in the back for weeks while I am forced to miss work. I’d give zero stars if I could. Do not bring your car here.
