Bainbridge Auto Body Shop

I have used Bainbridge Auto On Multiple Cars. They have done work on my BMW. My wife's Bronco had a dent in one of the pillars by the windshield and they fixed that again for an amazing price. I recently went up there to have them look at a truck I was looking at buying I trust their opinions ill drive from North Olmsted out to Chagrin to have them work on our cars or to get their recommendations. Going to have them replace the windshield on this truck next! Its a great family running this business would definitely trust these people they know their stuff. 😍😍

Bainbridge Auto Body has been wonderful to work with. As an Insurance Agent I send my clients to them for any automotive repairs they need, and I use them personally as well. Dave, Dusty and Eric take pride in their work and it shows. They are so easy to work with and work well with the insurance adjusters. They stick to the timeframes they promise you to have your vehicle done by. I highly recommend them for all of your automotive repair and body work needs.

Overpriced and unprofessional. Watching 2 men, one in his 60s and one I his 30s go out of their way to talk the ear off a young woman and completely ignore a customer for 10 minutes. Creeps. $3,000 to paint the roof of a compact crossover !

Car had a scrap along the back passenger side. Dave looked at it and asked if we had 5 mins to see what he could do with a buffer so he could provide us with a more accurate quote. When he came back he manage to buff everything out with the exception of 2 little scratches that weren’t worth repairing. We asked what we owed him and he just waved us off and said we were good to go. If any other work is ever needed, we will definitely return.
